用途：作为仓库自有的 GitHub 运行时入口，处理仓库范围的 GitHub 工作，以及已认证用户的 star 与 star 列表流程。注意事项：唯一受支持的运行时入口是 scripts/ghops，不再使用旧的按领域脚本路径；提交编写与暂存交由 git-commit 技能，完整的本地工作树发布交由 yeet。
主要能力（内部领域）：triage 处理仓库导航、issue/PR 摘要、个人 star 与 star 列表、补丁查看、issue 生命周期与反应；reviews 处理评审跟进、回复与提交；checks 处理 PR 检查；actions 处理 GitHub Actions 调查；releases 处理基于发布的标签；publish 处理当前分支 PR 打开或复用及生命周期变更；yeet 处理从本地检出到草稿 PR 的完整发布。
使用方式：当前检出目录含 scripts/ghops 时直接运行，否则先解析已安装技能根目录再运行 <skill-root>/scripts/ghops。版本检查用 scripts/ghops --version，就绪检查用 scripts/ghops --json doctor（即使缺少 gh 或认证也保持机器可读）。常用示例如：scripts/ghops --json repos list --limit 20、scripts/ghops issues view --issue 123 --repo owner/repo、scripts/ghops --json prs patch --pr 42 --repo owner/repo、scripts/ghops reviews address --pr 42 --repo owner/repo、scripts/ghops --json checks pr --pr 42 --repo owner/repo、scripts/ghops --json actions list --repo owner/repo --limit 10、scripts/ghops --json stars list、scripts/ghops --json lists list、scripts/ghops releases plan --repo owner/repo、scripts/ghops --json publish context。JSON 仅用于 ghops 层级，返回 CLI 信封而非原始提供方负载。
适用场景：当前仓库、显式提供的 owner/repo，或已认证用户的 star 与 star 列表工作流；triage、reviews、checks、Actions、releases、publish 与生命周期操作均留在本技能。限制：不得执行组织级或企业级管理或设置操作；非当前仓库需用户显式提供 owner/repo；仓库范围的 star 或列表成员操作需显式 owner/repo；request get 是第一阶段唯一原始通道且只读；actions inspect --json 仅摘要，拒绝混合输出模式；request get 拒绝原始可变 gh api 标志形式；JSON 中不得打印完整令牌、cookie 或原始 gh 认证状态。参考文档见 references/script-summary.md、references/workflows.md、references/triage/issue-workflows.md、references/core/installation.md 与 references/core/failure-retries.md。
