用途：Graphify 是 CLI 工具，用于为代码库或混合语料构建持久化知识图谱，并支持查询、刷新、导出与本地服务。所有请求应以真实 graphify 命令处理，而非斜杠命令或临时脚本。
主要能力：通过 graphify scope 预览图谱范围；用 graphify update . 构建 .graphify/graph.json 和 .graphify/GRAPH_REPORT.md；用 summary、query、explain、path、tree 查询节点、路径与邻域；用 export html|wiki|obsidian|svg|graphml|neo4j 导出；支持 incremental-refresh、review-context、agent-serve（stdio MCP）、install、structural-fallback 等模式。
使用方式：pip install graphifyy（PyPI 包名为 graphifyy，二进制为 graphify），graphify --version。构建命令是 graphify update，并非 graphify build。状态存于 .graphify/ 而非 graphify-out/，旧布局可用 graphify migrate-state 迁移。graph.html 来自 graphify export html，不由 update 生成。安装到 agent 用 graphify install <platform>，有效 id 包括 claude、codex、gemini、opencode 等；jeo、jeopi、gjc 不是平台 id，应通过 npx skills add https://github.com/akillness/jeo-skills --skill graphify -a universal 放入共享 ~/.agents/skills。
适用场景：编辑前理解仓库结构、从已有图谱追溯关系、混合语料持久结构、diff/PR 评审上下文、agent 常驻安装。
限制：无 LLM API key 时 update 仍写出 graph.json 与 GRAPH_REPORT.md，但社区标注与描述生成失败，会以 Community N 占位，应如实报告为降级输出，并可用 graphify update --fill-missing 补齐。查找符号或配置归属应改用 codebase-search；持久 markdown 知识库用 llm-wiki；项目记忆用 opencontext。
