用途：把 Microsoft Outlook/Exchange 的联系人与日历接入 AI 助手，并叠加 Rarefriend 的关系管理能力，可在 AI 助手、rarefriend.com 网页应用或 WhatsApp 上的 Hops 中使用。
主要能力：搜索并查看 Outlook 联系人；查看即将到来的 Outlook 日程或按关键词检索事件；在安排前用 find_available_microsoft_time 查找空闲时段，多人会议可传入 attendeeEmails 一并检查；用 create_microsoft_calendar_event 创建 Outlook/Teams 会议，用 reschedule_microsoft_event 改期、cancel_microsoft_event 取消；笔记存于 Rarefriend 而非 Outlook，支持创建、编辑、删除、置顶、全文搜索和查看最近笔记；标签支持列出、增删、重命名以及按公司批量打标签；还可连接 microsoft_contacts、microsoft_calendar、microsoft_email 并检查同步状态。
使用方式：先调用 list_connected_integrations 检测 MCP 与集成状态。未连接 MCP 时，到 rarefriend.com 的 Settings → Integrations → MCP 获取 Client ID 与 Client Secret；Claude Code / Codex 运行 claude mcp add rarefriend -e RAREFRIEND_CLIENT_ID=your_id -e RAREFRIEND_CLIENT_SECRET=your_secret -- npx -y @rarefriend-ai/mcp；Cursor 写入 ~/.cursor/mcp.json 的 mcpServers.rarefriend（command: npx，args: ["-y", "@rarefriend-ai/mcp"]），Claude Desktop 写入 claude_desktop_config.json，重启客户端后重试。未连接 Microsoft 时用 connect_integration 生成链接，15 分钟内有效。典型流程：搜索联系人取得邮箱 → 查找空闲时间 → 与用户确认 → 创建事件。Outlook 联系人通过 Outlook 工具为只读，编辑需用 update_contact。
限制：Outlook 邮件搜索、Google 联系人/日历、LinkedIn 同步与提醒等属于本技能之外的其他能力，需安装相应技能或 Chrome 扩展；日程与联系人数据依赖 Microsoft 集成，笔记则独立保留。收费、价格与更多平台支持暂未提供。
