用途：把 Google 日历与人脉网络（Rarefriend）打通，在 AI 助手中安排会议、查空闲、管理日程并留存沟通上下文。
主要能力：查询即将到来的事件（get_upcoming_google_events）、按关键词或时间范围搜索事件（search_google_calendar_events）、查找可用时段（find_available_google_time，可传 attendeeEmails 检查所有参会人）、创建事件（create_google_calendar_event）、改期（reschedule_google_event）与取消（cancel_google_event）。联系人方面支持 search_contacts 按姓名解析邮箱、get_contact 获取详情，并用 create_note、search_notes、get_recent_notes 记录和检索会议上下文。
使用方式：先用 list_connected_integrations 检测 MCP 与集成状态。未连接 MCP 时，在 rarefriend.com → Settings → Integrations → MCP 获取 Client ID 和 Client Secret；Claude Code / Codex 运行 claude mcp add rarefriend -e RAREFRIEND_CLIENT_ID=your_id -e RAREFRIEND_CLIENT_SECRET=your_secret -- npx -y @rarefriend-ai/mcp；Cursor 写入 ~/.cursor/mcp.json，Claude Desktop 写入 claude_desktop_config.json，command 为 npx，args 为 ["-y", "@rarefriend-ai/mcp"]，并配置两个环境变量，重启客户端。未连接日历时调用 connect_integration("google_calendar")，把返回的 connectUrl 作为链接提供（15 分钟有效），之后用 get_integration_sync_status 查看同步状态。安排会议前先查空闲时间；时间使用带时区的 ISO 8601，如 2026-06-10T14:00:00+05:30；真实会议用 transparency:'opaque'，专注时段用 'transparent'。
限制：使用依赖 Rarefriend 账户与 MCP 连接，需先完成 OAuth 授权与同步；联系人来源会以 sourceLabel 标注（如 Google Contacts、LinkedIn 扩展），LinkedIn 同步需安装 Rarefriend Chrome 扩展；Outlook 需改用 schedule-with-outlook，联系人管理需 organize-google-contacts，完整功能需 network-and-relationship-manager；WhatsApp 助手 Hops 与提醒功能的具体细节暂未提供。
