用途：这是 chengfeng-videocut 的第二个业务入口，把已审核的口播基础素材（source_cut.mp4 与 subtitles.srt）加工为完整成片，产出 final.mp4 与 verification.json。仅在已有 Product projectId 上续跑，不创建项目、不导入素材、不建立上传会话或素材库。
主要能力：按固定阶段推进 preflight、Product 状态回读、proposal、Product CAS、项目级审核绑定、用户确认、Product 执行与结果验收。依次生成并审核分镜（visual-plan）、动画（animation-manifest）与时间线（timeline），最后调用 Runtime 渲染导出。
使用方式：先做 Runtime 预检，确认已启用插件根目录与 plugin.json，再执行 node "$ENSURE" --install-if-missing --json；随后 node "$RUNNING" --json 确保常驻服务 healthy、runtimeMode=launchd、版本兼容且 URL 为 canonical 5190。用 node "$VC" workflow get "$jobDir" --json 回读素材状态，要求 source_cut.mp4 含音频流、subtitles.srt 规范、artifact.state=current 且 editListRevision 与当前一致。分镜、动画、时间线分别用 artifact put 发布候选，进入 review_ready 后打开 Studio 审核；卡片回传 continue_finish 或 return_finish_* 时先执行 node "$RUNNING" --json。最终导出用 node "$VC" render run "$jobDir" --expected-revision "$latestRevision" --confirmed --json。
适用场景：用户说口播成片、口播分镜、口播动画、导出口播视频、继续口播成片，或确认卡回传对应 action 时。
限制：缺 source_cut.mp4 应切到 chengfeng-export-talking-head，缺 subtitles.srt 切到 chengfeng-subtitle-talking-head，连删词账本都没有则切到 chengfeng-cut-talking-head。动画风格当前仅 xiaohei，不得凭空发明。Runtime 返回 missing_renderer 时须报告版本缺口并停止，禁止回退旧脚本或直接 FFmpeg 导出。service_identity_mismatch、service_port_conflict、revision_conflict 时停止，不得换端口、杀未知进程或静默覆盖。报告需区分 API/readback PASS、visual frame PASS，人工听感固定写 human listening UNVERIFIED。
