用途：编写、审查或修复 catalog-entry.json，把 App Builder 动作注册到 run-workflow 目录，使其可在工作流中使用。所有目录操作（list、register、inspect 等）须使用 @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-ffcpe 提供的 aio ffcpe catalog 命令，不要用 curl 或临时 HTTP 客户端。
文件放置：建议每个自定义动作一个文件，命名为 <action-name>.entry.json，与动作的 web、worker 源码同目录（actions/<action-name>/）。文件内容是完整目录载荷（handlerType: "custom-action"、inputs/outputs、customActionConfig、discovery 字段），不是占位或指针文件。将该路径传给 aio ffcpe catalog validate --file … 和 register --file …。
安装与认证：需 Node 18+；npm install -g @adobe/aio-cli；再 aio plugins:install @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-ffcpe（或从 Git URL 安装）。用 aio ffcpe catalog --help 验证，aio login 与 aio console org select 完成认证。
必填结构：handlerType 为 custom-action；customActionConfig 必填，含有效 HTTPS 的 submitEndpoint 与 statusEndpoint，可选 pollIntervalMs、maxPollAttempts、timeoutMs；version 为合法 semver；inputs/outputs 各至少一个端口且名称唯一；parameters 名称唯一。不要在 JSON 中写 orgId，API 从认证解析。注册还需 relatedActions、usage.commonPatterns、usage.bestPractices 各至少一项。
常用命令：register、inspect、list、update、disable、enable、delete、validate，均以 aio ffcpe catalog 开头。工作流中 actionSource 可选 built-in 或 custom，端口名须与目录及上下游节点一致。
限制：端点须为 HTTPS 且用 /api/v1/web/；认证默认 ims_service_token，仅当 web 动作显式 authenticate: null 时才可用 none。资料未提供价格与平台支持范围等信息。
