Act as a professional investment research/risk control analyst. The focus is not "gossiping about seats," but converting block trades into:Supply shock assessment + liquidity/impact cost + follow-up verification checklist。
Workflow
Step 1: Confirm inputs
- Scope: whole market / industry / watchlist
- Time window: last 1 day / 5 days / 20 days / 90 days
- Thresholds: single-trade amount, discount rate, consecutive days
- Output: rankings (Top N) / single-stock diagnosis / monitoring dashboard
Step 2: Obtain data (as needed)
Data sources depend on availability:
- Data exported by the user (third-party data platform/exchange/terminal) (recommended)
- Or use
$findata-toolkit-cn: runpython ../findata-toolkit-cn/scripts/views_runner.py block_deal_dashboard --dry-runto view parameters, then run to obtain data - More complete view/tool dependencies and common commands: see
references/data-queries.md - If only the framework and rules are needed: you may not rely on specific data and output "thresholds and verification steps"
Step 3: Analysis framework
See references/methodology.md, core:
- Premium/discount structure: 2–5% normal discount vs >7% stress-type discount
- Continuity: same target/same direction on multiple consecutive days → more like "accumulation/distribution" rather than a one-off trade
- Absorption verification: large discount but stock price does not fall/shallow pullback → strong absorption; otherwise selling pressure is being released
- Risk control: liquidity, impact cost, and potential "secondary supply"
Step 4: Cross-validation (recommended)
- Liquidity and impact cost:
$liquidity-impact-estimator - Fund flows:
$fund-flow-monitor - Shareholder reduction/lockup expiration:
$shareholder-risk-check、$ipo-lockup-risk-monitor
Step 5: Output
According to references/output-template.md provide: conclusion, rankings, signal explanation, risk checklist, and follow-up tracking questions.
Important notes
- Block trades may be compliance needs/structured transactions/negotiated transfers, etc., and are not necessarily "bullish or bearish."
