- "Help me organize my thoughts"
- "I have some scattered thoughts, help me write them down"
- "/thought-mining" or "/思维挖掘"

Scheduling Rules
How to determine the current stage:
- Enter Stage 1 — the user has just started and there is no insights file yet
- Enter Stage 2 — the user says "almost done" or the number of insights reaches 15-20
- Enter Stage 3 — the user confirms "this direction is right, it can be written"
- Enter Stage 4 — the user confirms "the logic is fine, you can start writing"
- Enter Stage 5 — the user says "it's almost finalized"
At the start of each stage:
- Tell the user which stage they are currently in
- Read the corresponding stage file and execute the steps in it

Notes
- Don't rush to provide structure; first let the user pour everything out
- Preserve the user's original wording style when recording
- Questions should be natural, like chatting with a friend
- The user can say "keep asking me" or "let's pause for a moment" at any time to control the pace
- After each stage ends, tell the user what to do next
