About this skill

yetong-promo: Course Moments marketing

Solves the recurring problem of "having a course but not knowing whom to sell it to, how to explain its value, or what to post on Moments every day." Use Yetong's method to organize content, and fill in facts using the current coach's own city, product, experience, service actions, and expression habits, rather than applying one person's story to everyone.

Entry and stop conditions

  1. Only handles course promotion aimed at the person's own local in-store members. When only writing Xiaohongshu, hand back to yetong-copy; when only doing persona Moments, teaching peers, or business diagnosis, do not claim this module covers it, and hand back to the main entry for judgment.
  2. Personalized product positioning, scheduling, and copy must first read the user's explicitly provided activated person-dna.md, or an equivalent complete profile confirmed and handed off by the profile-building module in this round; do not search other people's private directories. When scripts can be executed, run python3 scripts/check_profile.py <用户明确指定的档案路径>(relative to this Skill directory). Exit 0 only means the structure and activation passed; it does not prove facts and authorization; on exit 2/3, stop personalized output and switch to yetong-dna. In an environment without scripts, check item by item: schema_version=2, personal identity, local city and client group, status=active, confirmed_at, product, expression, permissions, and DNA summary; merely claiming "activated" without a readable profile does not count as passing.
  3. When not activated, prompt: "Your persona DNA is not yet activated, so personalized course marketing is not yet unlocked. First complete and confirm your own profile before you can connect course advantages, local client groups, and authentic expression." You may explain the method or give a blank information card, but do not generate pseudo-personalized finished drafts, and do not substitute Yetong's profile.
  4. Reuse an existing profile; do not revisit the person's life history for every new course. New courses go through this round's product information card; only when name, city, professional identity, qualifications, or core business conflict should it be handed back to DNA to verify the relevant fields.
  5. Do not post Moments, send private messages, collect payments, create groups, change product prices, or make promises on the user's behalf. Do not generate payment screenshots, customer reviews, effect comparison images, or queue facts. Without publishing permission, do not imply that verification has been completed by saying "ready to publish."

First choose the task, then read methods as needed

After passing the activation threshold, read product information and evidence card, supplementing only product facts that would change the current output. When starting positioning or scheduling, read marketing methodsin full; before recommending specific wording or writing drafts, read frameworks and automatic matchingin full. The three references jointly constrain facts and permissions, and do not depend on the original PDF, images, or DBS files.

What the user wants Delivery this round What is not imposed
Only a course name, no idea how to promote it Minimum product follow-up questions; organize known parts into an information card Do not infer efficacy, number of participants, price, or course mechanics from the name
Only wants marketing ideas/positioning Product → local priority client group → surface goals and deeper concerns → advantage evidence chain → four-section ideas and actions Do not generate dozens of finished drafts by default
A complete promotion plan Fact cards, scheduling for the specified period, the framework and material status of each post, and the corresponding copy or a clearly marked outline Do not hide material gaps inside finished drafts with “hot-selling” or “transformation”
What to post today Recommendations and copy for the number of posts specified by the user; if unspecified, default to 4 posts Do not extend into a complete long-cycle campaign
A single Moments post / revise an existing draft Select a framework for that post, verify factual permissions, and deliver one finished draft with necessary checks Do not redo all confirmed materials
Continue an existing promotion plan and write the next day Check the current date/day sequence, product changes, and newly added materials, and continue along the same plan Do not treat the same case as a new result for that day

Draft products can be used for internal positioning and conditional scheduling, but must not be written as already on sale, as an experience that has already occurred, or as having existing results. Only confirmed real courses may be given finished drafts for members; paused/expired products are not to continue recruiting, and current delivery must be confirmed first. Missing non-essential prices or results does not prevent introducing a real course, and “drafts must not masquerade as facts” must not be misread as “new products must first have successful cases before they can be promoted.”

From DNA to the purchase reasons for this course

  1. Extract from your own DNA: accurate city/service radius and venue advantages, the local groups served most, surface goals, deeper concerns and original words, years of identity and real qualifications, professional strengths, in-class standards, after-class services, authorized highlights, and expression fingerprints. Use only fields relevant to this post; if the materials do not cover it, do not guess.
  2. Extract this course from the product information card: what is provided, how it is delivered, applicable conditions, current real rules, stages and expected actions, available materials, and authorization. Features not confirmed for the course remain internal assumptions only; old product rules do not automatically carry over. “Not provided this round / unknown” only indicates a gap in the materials; it does not prove that the fact does not exist or has not yet been determined. If price, time, or benefits are not given, do not write them, and do not turn them into new facts in the finished draft such as “the price has not been decided yet” or “there is no after-class service”; only if the user explicitly says it is undecided/absent may it be phrased that way.
  3. Write each advantage as “specific concern → confirmed action/standard → actual help to members → verifiable source.” Venue history, personal history, and this course's history are kept separate; a case change is that individual case and does not guarantee that others will get the same result. Certificates and rehabilitation capabilities cannot be inferred from the course name.
  4. Audience fit is a planning judgment: prioritize your existing local customer base; mark new segmented audiences as “recommended for validation.” Do not automatically equate mothers, women, or office workers with a certain psychology or physical condition, and do not speculate about nearby foot traffic.

Automatically pair copy and assign it to each day

Mark the three dimensions separately; do not mix them:

  • Promotion sections P1 product hard sell, P2 reasons to choose, P3 usage experience/change, P4 real new purchase/repurchase/booking;
  • The original package's four main content types: persona type, marketing type, altruistic type, traffic interaction type;
  • Image structures I1–I5, as well as writing styles F01–F05 / marketing subcategories M01 customer inquiry, M02 customer feedback, M03 transfer screenshot, M04 member transformation.

Choose the main framework based on purpose and real evidence. Use M01 only for genuine inquiries; use M02/F04 only for authorized feedback; use M03 only for genuine new purchases or repeat purchases, and use F05 only for appointments; use M04 only for changes that have been verified in this course. If there is no customer event, switch to F01 introduction, F02 standard, or F03 bounded educational content, and do not fabricate "members asked" or "members all say." Choose one main framework per item in the schedule; supporting evidence does not need to assemble every step.

Continuously organize A1 course labels, A2 process standards, A3 customer results, A4 real choices, and A5 personal check-ins every day; do not write it as a funnel where each is done once on days 1–5. User-specified cycle/frequency takes priority; when a complete plan is not specified, you may first give an adjustable example of "7 days, 4 posts per day," and make clear that it is a scheduling assumption, not a course duration or a verified optimal frequency. Ye Tong's experience of about 4–5 posts per day does not constitute a guarantee of a hit product or conversion.

When there are 4 posts per day, merge A2 + A5; when there are 5 posts, list personal check-ins separately. When result/transaction/same-day check-in evidence is missing, mark the original slot as "unmet," separately provide alternative content that can be written using confirmed facts, and mark the real P and type after substitution; do not falsely label substitute educational content as customer feedback or a transaction. Planned material collection is a to-do task; do not write it as having already happened.

Self-check before delivery and publishing

  • Material summary: what this course offers, who it is prioritized for, scenarios and concerns, why to consider it, and next-step actions; each fact can be traced back to the DNA/product card/specific material.
  • Each recommendation: main P, operational action A, main content type, F/M, I, purpose, material status, and source. Put classification notes outside the copy; do not write internal numbers into the Moments post that customers see.
  • Finished draft: sounds like the person speaking; short sentences and long-short rhythm come from real expression; when tone still needs calibration, mark it "draft pending tone calibration" and do not claim a high degree of reproduction. The ending uses only existing inquiry/appointment paths; do not invent free courses, discounts, slots, or time limits.
  • Schedule: day order/date, item, topic, framework, purpose, required materials, status, draft or outline that can only be written after collection, and prohibited points before publishing; if only the approach is needed, no schedule is required. If the user wants a complete day-by-day draft, complete each day, not just a template; keep gap outlines separate from same-day real publishable substitute drafts.
  • Verify authorization and de-identification separately for customer feedback, chat screenshots, body photos, and transaction screenshots. Anonymity does not equal authorization; do not disclose payment identifiers, contact information, or combinations of information that can be used to re-identify someone. Permission for textual facts does not equal permission for screenshots or photos.
  • Verify service frequency, product attribution, start and end times, and numerical calculations; a new purchase is not called a repeat purchase, an appointment is not called a transaction, and the effect of an old course is not called the effect of a new product. Without evidence, do not write "going crazy," "fully booked," "guaranteed weight loss," or "no rebound."
  • Finally, give the next step: which real drafts can be used today; what materials are missing, how to obtain public permission, and which item should be postponed. Do not repeatedly ask about facts and permissions the user has already provided sufficiently.

End after outputting an executable plan with clear boundaries. Product positioning suggestions, posting frequency, and case feedback do not equal guarantees of marketing results.
