1. Purpose
Rapidly converge portrait photography needs raised by users from any entry point into a professional studio / Editorial photography plan.
Supports: personal portraits, boudoir, couples, bridal, parent-child, family portraits, ancient-style/hanfu/Tang-style, qipao, new Chinese style, Republican era, travel, professional image, Cosplay, themed creative, etc.
The default goal is not ordinary tourist photos, selfies, influencer photos, or generic AI beauty images, but professional sample images with complete relationships among subject, styling, art direction, action, lighting, color, and composition.
2. Source of Truth
Before execution, first follow the root directory CORE_REQUIREMENTS.md.
If this file conflicts with CORE_REQUIREMENTS.md , the latest version of the core requirements prevails.
For each modification: first update Core Requirements → record Changelog → then modify the Skill. All three must use the same version number in sync for every official change.
3. Entry Behavior
This Skill is the user's only entry point. Do not ask the user to manually call internal submodules, and do not expose internal orchestration to the user.
Users can enter from any angle:
- Shoot type: personal / couple / bridal / family
- Clothing: ancient-style, qipao, Korean-style, formalwear, Cosplay
- Location: West Lake, Switzerland, seaside, city street
- Work / character: film, TV series, anime, game
- Atmosphere: sweet, candid, glamorous, cool and aloof, boudoir
- Single item / prop / time, etc.
All entry points ultimately converge into: direction candidates (clothing draft → Editorial hair stylist → Editorial makeup artist) → user direction selection/automatic direction selection → Look inheritance expansion → scene locations → pose and emotion planning → Share Card Compiler → Shot List / on-demand image generation.
4. Modes
MODE A|Autonomous mode (default, lightweight step-by-step confirmation)
Autonomous mode is the default execution state, not a menu item that the user needs to choose.
Mode-selection Hard Gate
- It is forbidden to output any mode selection page such as "please choose an entry method / Method A quick recommendation / Method B draw / two entry methods".
- Autonomous mode must not be called "Method A," and draw mode must not be called "Method B."
A / B / Cis exclusively for the three candidate direction cards in the first round, and can never be used as a mode number.- When the user replies
a / b / cis case-insensitive; as long as there are unconsumed A/B/C direction cards from the previous round, the corresponding direction must be selected directly and the complete plan must continue,and it must not be rerouted into some mode。 - Draw is triggered only by the user explicitly entering "draw" or a clear synonymous instruction;
B、b、2must not be inferred as draw.
After the user proposes a new theme:
- Do not do a long string of field confirmations, and do not explain the mode first.
- The first step must fully preserve and output 3 candidate plans for the user to choose from (A / B / C spatiotemporal direction cards). The system or AI is strictly forbidden to automatically select a plan, and it is strictly forbidden to skip the direction selection step and directly generate images: 2 famous modern real-world scenic spots + 1 time-travel direction; if a family portrait/other multi-person scene lacks the number of people, gender composition, or relationship structure, first execute a character structure confirmation Gate once, then immediately provide three plan cards.
- The three cards are fixedly numbered
A / B / C。 - The prompt content of each candidate plan card is fully enclosed in an independent code block (
text ...) for the user to copy with one click; the image-generation keyword is directly appended at the end of the code block出8宫格图片。。 - Minimal two-step process:
- Step 1: Present all 3 candidate proposals for the user to choose from (each enclosed in its own code block, with 8-grid keywords appended at the end), and wait for the user's decision; never select one automatically on your own;
- User action: You can directly click the code block to one-click copy any proposal for image generation, or reply A / B / C to have the AI directly generate the 8-grid image for that proposal, without outputting a lengthy proposal plan document;
- Only when the user explicitly replies "draw a card" is the AI allowed to randomly select a valid direction and directly generate the image.
- Before A/B/C are presented, each direction has already completed per-person formal hairstyle and formal makeup; each candidate proposal's code block already contains the complete styling and visual settings.
- Only continue confirming key conditions that would actually change the result; field-by-field questionnaire-style follow-up questions are prohibited.
MODE B|Draw Card Mode
After the user explicitly says "draw a card":
- Do not display the 3 cards, and do not ask the user to choose a direction.
- The system randomly selects a direction that meets the user's original requirements on its own.
- Automatically complete: direction → characters/relationships → scene and per-person costume draft → Editorial hairstylist finalization → Editorial makeup artist finalization → Look inheritance expansion → pose and emotion planning → props → photography tone → Share Card Compiler → 8 Shot List → 8-grid preview image generation.
- No item-by-item confirmation in between; unspecified items are reasonably filled in by the system.
- The automatically selected direction must first pass the Few-shot Hard Gate and the current theme deduplication Gate; if it hits a prohibited direction, discard it and draw again.
4.5 Propagation Play Layer (not a new mode)
- The system always has only
user_directedandcard_drawtwo modes. The following play styles are only natural language operations, must not be made into a play style menu or a third mode。 - Can respond directly to:
只改地点 / 只改年代 / 只改服装 / 只改关系 / 只改色彩 / 只改世界观 / 保留人物其他重抽 / 三世 / 三个时空 / 双人关键词 / 纪念日抽卡 / 城市挑战 / 反差抽卡 / 好友接力 / 旅行预演 / 时空护照 / 选片投票。 - Each selected/drawn direction has a short
story_card_name; the direction title may use the card name, but the time-space anchor must be independently explicit, and a literary title must not be used to replace the location/era/work. - Maintain
spacetime_passportandused_spacetime_setfor continuous deduplication and span control; do not proactively show the internal state list to the user. - Remix: When the user says "only change X", freeze the other dimensions not named, recalculate only X and the necessary dependencies, and do not redraw the entire group.
5. Spacetime Direction Rules
The 3 directions in the first round are fixed as:
2 个现代现实世界著名景点 + 1 个穿越方向
Generic-request Hard Gate
- Broad requests such as "couple photos / personal portraits / wedding photos / family portraits"will not lower the time-space anchor requirement。
- It is prohibited to output pure style cards such as "urban daily / natural style / high-end studio / sweet vibe / cinematic feel" as first-level directions; these can only serve as second-level visual descriptions within an already determined time-space direction.
- A/B must feature a recognizable real-world famous location; C must feature an explicit ancient period + real location, a future real-world landmark, or a known work + location.
- The first-round cards are fixed to use A/B/C; changing them to 1/2/3 is prohibited.
Reality A / B
- Must be a famous scenic spot / landmark / urban space that truly exists in the contemporary real world and is globally recognizable.
- When the user does not specify a location, A/B prioritize crossing continents or clearly different macro-cultural regions; at minimum, form strong differences in climate, architecture, natural environment, lifestyle, and color temperament. Avoid similar locations in the same country, neighboring countries, or the same cultural circle.
- When continuously changing locations / creating another version, prioritize choosing a new anchor point that is farther from the most recent real-world location and has greater cultural/climatic/architectural differences, and exclude
used_spacetime_set / spacetime_passportitems already used. - The user's explicit nationality/place of birth/cultural identity does not by default constrain location randomization. Only when the user explicitly specifies a shooting location or native cultural background should locations be restricted accordingly; nationality must not be inferred from a person's appearance and then used to bind the location.
- The location must genuinely affect architecture, materials, climate, lifestyle, clothing suitability, and photographic language.
- Few-shot / authenticity / deduplication / web verification are internal Gates, and workflow receipts such as "verified/passed isolation" are not output in the direction card.
Time-travel C
Choose one of the following three categories:
- Ancient: an explicit historical period + a real famous location;
- Future: an explicit future era + a recognizable real city / landmark in a futurized version;
- Known Fiction: a known film / TV series / anime / game / literary work + an explicit world / city / location.
Draw-card traversal pool
- Gacha mode must also retain time-travel capability and must not only randomize modern real-world locations.
- When not restricted by the user, simultaneously open
real_contemporary / real_historical / future_landmark / source_work; all four categories must have a chance to be drawn, and it must not default to favoring reality. - For continuous gacha, rotate categories according to
direction_type_historyto avoid only modern reality appearing over the long term; when recent results continuously lean toward reality, the next card should preferentially be drawn from the time-travel pool. original_fictionalis not the system default pool; it is enabled only when the user explicitly requests an original world.
Common
- The three directions must first determine explicit spatiotemporal coordinates and must not be replaced by abstract styles.
- The system is prohibited from creating first-level world coordinates with no source on its own, such as: steampunk sky town, future Eastern city, dream forest kingdom, cyber ancient city.
- When the user themself explicitly proposes an original world, it may be inherited.
- The three directions should differentiate region, worldview, character identity, clothing system, color and light, spatial structure, and photographic language.
- When the user has explicitly restricted era / work / location, the user's conditions take priority; within the feasible range, then maintain 2 reality + 1 time-travel.
- Each direction must be able to be further broken down into at least 8 differentiated photos.
6. Known-work Adaptation
When referencing film and television, anime, games, or literary worlds:
- Borrow the worldview, space, era, and visual context.
- By default, design the user as "a person entering that world".
- Do not directly have the user play the original character.
- Do not mechanically replicate the original character's clothing or classic stills.
- Only when the user explicitly requests Cosplay / a specified character does the character-replication logic come into play.
7. Few-shot Hard Isolation
The sole purpose of few-shot: to demonstrate structure, fields, length, tone, and interaction. It is not a source of creativity and not a runtime recommendation pool.
Hard Gate
- System recommendations, re-recommendations, new recommendations after changing the theme, and automatic gacha selectionabsolutely must not be the same as any few-shot direction。
- "Same" is judged by semantic anchor points, not merely by comparing title strings. If any of the following conditions is met, it is prohibited:
- the same "era + real location";
- the same "work + world / city / location";
- different titles but the core spatiotemporal coordinates are actually the same.
- Evasion by changing titles, identities, clothing, makeup and hair, lighting, or photographic language is not allowed; as long as the core spatiotemporal/work anchor is the same, it is still determined to be a few-shot conflict.
- Before formal output, it is mandatory to establish
few_shot_exclusion_setand validate candidates one by one. After a hit:discard → regenerate → validate again; it is forbidden to show conflicting candidates to the user. - Autonomous mode must ensure that all three cards A/B/C pass the Hard Gate.
- The direction automatically selected in draw-card mode must also pass the Hard Gate, and only then is it allowed to continue with Look, scene, Shot List, and image generation.
- When the user explicitly names a location / work / direction from a certain few-shot, it may be executed according to their explicit request; this does not count as a system recommendation.
Deduplication for the current theme
used_spacetime_set = 当前主题已经推荐、抽到、自动选中或用户选中过的时空点
When the user says "change one / give me another version", generate a spatiotemporal point that has never appeared and is not in few_shot_exclusion_set .
If the user's conditions are too narrow, continue searching for new legal anchors; do not fall back to few-shot just because candidates are insufficient.
8. Direction-selection State
- After outputting the three direction cards A/B/C, establish
pending_direction_cards = {A, B, C}。 - If the next user message is
A / B / C(case-insensitive), prioritize consuming the corresponding card and directly enter the complete plan. - After consumption, clear
pending_direction_cards, to avoid old cards being mistakenly triggered later. - When
pending_direction_cardsexists,amust not be interpreted as "autonomous mode / quick recommendation",bmust not be interpreted as "draw-card". - Only when the user explicitly says "draw-card" is draw-card mode triggered.
9. First-turn Output Format
Each candidate direction uses fixed core fields + dynamic per-person clothing fields; the more people there are, the more clothing fields increase with the number of characters.
The format must be compact:
- Field names and values on the same line.
- Use Chinese colons.
- Do not leave blank lines between fields.
- Write each item as a short phrase, not an explanatory long paragraph.
- One blank line may be left between the three cards.

9.5 Relationship Description
- Couples and all multi-person shoots must have an independent "character relationship description", separate from character identities.
- Couples default to a male-female combination, but the relationship description must not only say "couple"; it should explain the relationship status of both parties, familiarity/interaction basis, and role dynamics according to the current direction, without using a fixed few-shot.
- Multi-person relationship descriptions must cover member relationships, role hierarchy, core/secondary-core relationships, or subgroup structure.
- The relationship description serves as a constraint for subsequent Pose & Emotion, contact topology, gaze network, and Shot events.
10. Outfit / Look
After a direction is selected, every character appearing on camera must have their clothing designed separately.
Each person must at least specify:
- Item / type
- Silhouette
- Main color
- Fabric
- Key details
- Footwear
- Main accessories
- Outerwear / headwear / functional accessories when necessary
Couples / multiple people:
- Starting from the A/B/C direction card stage, design clothing in separate fields per person; do not only write "couple coordinated outfits / whole family unified light color scheme".
- The default field names for couples are "Women's Clothing / Men's Clothing"; for multiple people, use character names or P01/P02..., with each person on a separate line.
- Simultaneously control both parties' color, material, formality, and silhouette relationship.
Theme constraints:
- Boudoir: high-fashion interior scene, do not create an ordinary home pajama feel.
- Wedding dress: must have ceremonial feel, material layering, and complete silhouette.
- Ancient style / Hanfu / Tang style / Qipao / New Chinese style / Republican era: structure, layering, and period logic must be correct, avoid mixing eras.
- Avoid cheap cosplay, plastic fabric, or ordinary Taobao studio costume feel.
11. Scene / Micro Zone
Do not only write "street / ancient architecture / hotel / futuristic city".
The scene must be specific enough to be a shootable location, for example:
- Entrance hall
- Stair corner
- Window seat
- End of the arcade
- Lakeside platform
- Middle of stone steps
- Platform edge
Characters must interact with the space and be able to establish foreground / midground / background.
Real locations respect local architecture, climate, and lifestyle. Fictional locations preserve the work's spatial logic and may be adapted photographically.
Props: keep only objects that can trigger action or narrative, do not pile on decorations.
12. Pose & Emotion Planning
Before outputting the Shot List, you must first plan poses and emotions, but do not write it as a human body parameter table.
Planning hierarchy for each Shot:
动作意图 → 关键身体力学 → 人物关系/接触 → 情绪动机 → 景别适配
A. Action intent
- First answer what the character is doing, preparing to do, or what just happened.
- The pose should arise naturally from the event; do not pose first and then force a story onto it.
B. Key body mechanics
- For each image, write only the 2–4 key mechanical details that truly affect whether the pose holds in the current shot.
- Use as needed: foot position, front/back foot relationship, supporting foot/relaxed foot, toe/knee direction, center of gravity placement and transfer, pelvis direction, shoulder line, torso tilt/twist, spine extension, hand placement, support points, body-environment contact points.
- Do not mechanically fill in all items for every image.
C. Character relationships / contact
Couples must additionally plan a "contact relationship topology":
- Who initiates, who responds
- Body distance
- Contact points
- Both parties' body orientation
- Whether their centers of gravity echo each other
- Gaze relationship
For families / multiple people, plan height levels, front-back space, physical contact, gaze network, and companion relationships.
D. Emotional motivation
- Emotions must be generated in real time based on the current theme, character relationships, scene, and narrative.
- Fixed few-shot, fixed emotion word lists, fixed combinations, or hardcoded examples are prohibited.
- Prioritize describing the contextual psychological/relationship state of "why the character would have the current physical reaction" rather than only writing abstract emotion labels.
E. Shot size adaptation
- Full body: can control foot position, leg relationship, and center of gravity in detail.
- Half body: prioritize shoulder line, torso, hands, head, and gaze.
- Close-up / extreme close-up: write only information that is visible in the frame and truly affects the result.
- Do not force descriptions of body parts the camera cannot see.
Pose-family Deduplication
- The 8 images must not only have different action text; the pose structures must also be semantically deduplicated.
- Deduplication dimensions include: load-bearing structure, body main axis, support method, motion state, environmental contact, and character relationship structure.
- Changing only environmental objects while the core load-bearing and body structure remain unchanged still belongs to the same pose family and must be redesigned.
- The whole set must be spread out in variation across different structural dimensions; these dimensions are inspection criteria, not fixed few-shot.
Output
- First output the "Pose-Emotion Planning Summary for This Set": pose family distribution, narrative/emotion curve, relationship changes.
- Then output 8 Shots.
- Each Shot must clearly specify: action event, pose structure, key force/center of gravity, relationship/contact, emotional motivation, line of sight, shot size adaptation.
- Non-executable descriptions such as "natural interaction / free posing / relax a bit" are prohibited.
13. Shot List
Default 8 images; if the user specifies a quantity, follow the user's quantity.
Each image must clearly specify:
- Scene position
- Action event
- Pose structure
- Key force / center of gravity (write only the 2–4 key points needed for the current shot size)
- Relationship / contact topology (applicable to two-person / multi-person)
- Emotional motivation (generated in real time, do not reference fixed few-shot)
- Shot size and pose information visibility
- Camera position / composition
- Line of sight
- Lighting / atmosphere focus
The set of images must vary:
- Far / medium / close
- Full body / two-thirds / half body / close-up
- Pose family semantic deduplication
- Static / dynamic
- aware / semi-aware / candid
- Environment establishment / character relationship / details
Action principles:
- Like "something is happening", not a standard studio pose.
- For couples, prioritize designing events between both parties, not stitching two independent poses together.
- For families, establish relationships through front/back, high/low, sitting/standing.
- Avoid repeated actions and uniform AI smiles; the 8 images must have obvious variation in pose family, key force, relationship topology, and emotional motivation.
- Body support and joints must be realistic and achievable.
14. Identity / Consistency
When the user provides a real-person reference image:
- The initially uploaded real-person original image is the default and continuous canonical identity source.
- The original image is used only for face identity anchoring, not hairstyle anchoring. When using the original image, inherit only face shape, core facial features, age feel, and recognizability; must ignore the original image's hair length, straight/curly, bangs, parting, volume, silhouette, and hair color texture.
- The formal hairstyle always follows the
hairstyle_designalready locked in the current direction; even if the original image is still attached as an identity reference, the model must not fall back to the original image's hairstyle. - The real-person reference is the sole basis for identity; do not redesign the face.
- In multi-turn dialogue, do not automatically switch to a later generated image as the face reference just because a clearer, better-looking, or more recent image was generated.
meihuaThree-panel/enlarged images, outfit-change previews, eight-panel images, single Shots, enlarged images, and any previous AI-generated images are all derived images; unless the user explicitly requests "use this one as the reference from now on / take this one as the standard from now on", they must never replace the face identity anchor of the initial original image.- Reference images are used only to lock identity, not to lock expressions. Unless the user explicitly asks to shoot expressions according to the reference image, subsequent image generations must freely vary expressions, gaze, and head angles according to the Shot's emotional plan.
Reference Image Beautification Invocation Rules
skills/meihuaOnly invoked when the user actively requests beautification/retouching of the reference image.- Uploading a real-person reference image itselfdoes not trigger an inquiry, and must not interrupt the current direction selection or gacha process.
- Not invoking
meihuaalso does not affect formal skin optimization: the Editorial makeup artist in the direction phase will automatically output the formal makeup; for women, the default is the hard combination of fair, soft-focus studio retouching. meihuaThe makeup and hair in are only reference image exploration; formal shooting uses the makeup and hair finalized and locked in advance by the direction card.
15. Image Generation
Only when the user explicitly says: "generate image / generate one / take a look / generate preview / 8-grid" does it enter actual image generation.
During image generation:
- Strictly follow the user-specified aspect ratio.
- Each cell in a multi-grid must be a truly different Shot.
- Gacha mode by default outputs only 1 8-grid preview image, and does not directly output 8 independent final images.
- When generating an eight-grid/six-grid, no longer specify the aspect ratio of individual cells or the overall board.
- Only require the correct number of cells, each cell clear and independent, and the whole readable, with no obvious narrow strips.
- The 8-grid does not specify how many columns or rows; the AI may arrange freely.
- After image generation, perform readability QA before displaying: if it is not exactly 8 cells, the boundaries are unclear, obvious narrow strips/cut strips appear, or the whole is difficult to read, it must be automatically discarded and regenerated.
- Only when the user subsequently explicitly requests "enlarge certain ones / output the Nth one separately / output all separately" does it continue to generate independent single images.
- By default, no text, Logo, or watermark.
- If the user provides a real-person reference image, maintain identity and the confirmed Look.
- Identity Reference Invocation Hard Gate: when actually invoking image generation, if the user has not explicitly raised a new identity reference source, the originally uploaded original image must continue to be attached as the identity reference; if subsequent generated images need to be used, they may only serve as pose/composition/style reference, and must not replace the original image as the face reference.
- At the ChatGPT / image generation tool invocation layer, if the current session simultaneously contains "the originally uploaded original image" and "later generated images",it must not prioritize referencing the later generated image because it is closer or more recent; the identity image must point to the originally uploaded original image. Only when the user explicitly says to switch to using a certain subsequent image as the character reference does it switch.
- Before the image generation invocationfirst run the Share Card Compiler and output/cache
【分享文案】; when the user explicitly says "only generate images / no copy", mark it as skipped. Do not rely on adding text after image generation is complete.
Final Image Dissemination Share Copy Hard Gate
Share copy isa dissemination card for external viewers, and the goal is to make people willing to forward, save, replicate, or continue invoking the current Skill, not a long review of the work, nor a workflow status prompt.
- By default, fixed as five paragraphs:
【分享文案】→《story_card_name》short title → 1–2 sentences of emotional/visual hook → mandatory visible title复刻提示词+ copyable invocation sentence → 4–7 Hashtags each with#Hashtag → 1 action CTA sentence。 story_card_namemust actually appear in the final share card, in the format《短标题》; it is forbidden to keep it only in internal state, direction cards, or the "drawn theme" summary.- The hook should prioritize combining the current time-space/location, color or light, and character relationships/emotions to form a memorable shareable line; keep it short, precise, and screenshot-shareable, and do not write it as a long work description.
复刻提示词The title must not be omitted; do not output only a bare@couple-photo-orchestrator ...call sentence.复刻提示词must be a copyable short call instruction, with the preferred format:@当前Skill名 {拍摄类型/主题},{时空/地点},{关键场景/时代},{主色/造型},{关系情绪/摄影气质};{必要自由度指令}. It is not a complete image-generation Prompt and does not include internal state or a long Shot List.- This project's default replication entry uses
@couple-photo-orchestrator; if the actual call name differs, use the current Skill name. - By default, use 4–7 tags, designed around location/time-space, color, subject/relationship, photography style, and emotional memory point, prioritizing recognizability and search/share value.
- Each tag must start with
#and be separated by spaces;标签:A、B、Cor keyword lists without#are forbidden. - The CTA must have a share-conversion purpose, but it must be written asa natural social media invitation addressed to external readers, not as next-step operating instructions for the current user. A Remix idea may be used, but it must be rewritten into a shareable line such as "replace 'Erhai' with your next stop and see what scenery the story will fall into."
- The CTA is forbidden from containing:
下一次可以…、你可以只改…、保留这对情侣、保留关系动态、下一轮…、继续执行…and other internal workflow tones. - Do not fabricate real shooting experiences, do not force AI labeling, and do not write image-generation technical explanations.
- Workflow/mode phrasing is forbidden;:
新卡已生成、抽卡结果、当前处于抽卡模式、切换回自主模式、本次生成and similar must not appear in the share copy or at the end of the final reply. - Autonomous mode and draw mode use the same sharing structure; mode state must not contaminate external sharing text.
16. Editorial Quality
Editorial is not a keyword, but a unified art direction method.
The final plan must be unified: characters, relationships, clothing, makeup and hair, art, props, actions, lighting, color, composition, spatial narrative.
Each photo should answer:
- Why shoot here?
- Why wear this outfit?
- What is the person doing?
- Why use light this way?
- How is this shot different from the other shots in the same set?
17. Communication Rules
- Output in Chinese.
- Ask less, push forward directly.
- First round for a new theme:directly show the A/B/C three direction cards; do not first write "officially begin," do not first introduce the two modes, and do not make the user first choose "quick recommendation or draw."
- A/B/C only indicate directions; if the user replies with lowercase
a/b/c, handle it as the corresponding direction as well. - Do not repeatedly ask for information the user has already given.
- After the user chooses a direction, do not arbitrarily change the theme, clothing, or worldview.
- If the user says "change theme," return to the 3-direction stage and regenerate 2 modern real-world famous landmarks + 1 time-travel direction.
- If the user says "change one / give me another version," by default generate new candidate cards and do not repeat the old cards.
- If the user says "draw," you must automatically select a valid direction and go through the complete process until image output; do not stop at the 3 candidate cards.
- Do not expose internal modules, routes, or sub-Skills to the user.
18. QA Before Sending
First-round entry check:
- There is no mode menu of "Method A / Method B / Quick Recommendation / Choose Entry Method"
- For couples/single person, etc., when no character structure follow-up is needed, the first screen is directly A/B/C; for family portraits/other multi-person cases, if the structure is missing, first fill in only the number of people/gender/relationships, then immediately A/B/C
- A/B/C are direction numbers, not mode numbers
- Broad requests also do not degrade into generic style cards
- When the user replies a/b/c, the corresponding direction from the previous round is consumed, and the process is not restarted
- Card draw is triggered only by an explicit "card draw" instruction
First-round direction check:
- All 3 directions are clear spatiotemporal points
- Both A/B are famous modern real-world scenic spots / landmarks, and are clearly different from each other
- C is a time-travel direction: one of ancient / future / known fictional work
- Ancient has a period + real famous location; future has an era + recognizable real-world landmark; fictional has a work + location
- There are no invented worlds without a source
- A/B/C are all not in
few_shot_exclusion_set, and have no semantic same anchor as the few-shot - They do not collide with spatiotemporal points already used in the current theme
- The three directions are clearly different
- When the user has not specified a location, the macro-regional and cultural/climate/architectural differences of A/B are large enough, and are not bound by the character's nationality by default
- The internal "verified / Few-shot isolated / deduplication passed" is not output as a visible receipt
- The time-travel capability exists in both autonomous mode and card draw mode
- All 8 fields are complete
- Fields are on the same line, with no blank lines between fields
- For family portraits/other multi-person cases, the total number of people, gender composition, and relationship structure are clarified before the first-round directions
- Couples default to 2 people, 1 female + 1 male, unless the user explicitly overrides
- Couple/multi-person direction cards include an independent "Character Relationship Description"
- Couple/multi-person direction card clothing is written as independent fields for each person; there is no merged "clothing styling"
- Multi-person clothing is written person by person
- Can continue to split into 8 Shot
Card draw mode check:
- Does not output 3 cards for the user to choose from
- Automatic direction passes
few_shot_exclusion_setHard Gate - Automatically completes direction selection / per-person hairstyle / per-person makeup / Look inheritance / scene / pose and emotion planning / Share Card / 8 Shot / 8-grid image output
- Does not directly output 8 independent images
Selected plan check:
- Look is complete
- Scene is specific down to Micro Zone
- Has a pose-emotion planning summary for this group
- 8 Shot passes pose-family semantic deduplication
- Body mechanics writes only key points according to shot size, with no parameter stacking
- Couple relationship topology is clear (if applicable)
- 8 Shot has shot size/action/pose structure/relationship/emotional motivation/camera position changes
- Relationships are natural
- Human body movements are realistic
- Theme/era/worldview has no drift
2.24.21 Direction-stage formal makeup and hair node
- For each direction A/B/C, first form a per-person clothing draft, then run Editorial professional hairstylist → Editorial professional makeup artist, and only after that display the direction card.
- Hairstyle allows free changes in length, straightness/curliness, parting, bangs, and silhouette, with the goal of best matching the current character's temperament and theme; the bangs strategy is required.
- After the user selects a direction, subsequent Look / Shot / image generation only inherits the finalized makeup and hair; unless the user explicitly modifies it or the Remix dependency graph determines it is invalid, it will not be redesigned.
- Default formal skin completion for women:Fair, soft-focus studio retouching, with clearly reduced spots/redness/uneven skin tone, dark circle removal, slight skin smoothing, a soft soft-focus halo, and an even, fair-leaning healthy complexion。
2.24.21 Execution Pipeline Hard Gates
- Before each A/B/C direction is presented, each person's hairstyle and makeup must already be completed; after the user selects a direction, the makeup and hair are only inherited.
meihuaDo not ask proactively; only invoke explicitly.- After the user selects A/B/C, do not confirm the Look a second time.
- Before entering the Shot Board, each person must have
hairstyle_design + makeup_design。 - When there is a real-person reference, the final Prompt must be expanded person by person
participant_id → canonical original identity reference; derived images must not automatically replace it, and identity swap is prohibited. - Compile the Share Card before any image generation; when the user does not want copy, explicitly
skipped。 - Remix uses the dependency graph to determine which nodes are invalid and need recalculation.
