The challenge of holiday materials:Holiday elements should be strong, but it still has to be recognizably your IP at a glance. This skill uses the method of "holiday symbol library + brand-based transformation" to plan out a whole set of materials on the same theme in one go.
Belongs to brand-ip-kit-skills · KV uses Sunburst (large headline), extended materials use Flare
Required inputs
- Holiday and launch date; campaign format (limited edition / discount / pure brand interaction)
- Main title, subtitle, campaign information (verbatim,do not fabricate discounts)
- Required materials list;
brand/reference
Steps
- Pick 2 holiday symbols(see table below), do not pile up all the elements.
- Brand-based transformation: fuse the holiday symbols with the brand hook, and write a "creative hook" line. Example: Mid-Autumn Festival × orange → orange-segment patterns printed on mooncakes, "orange full moon round". Use puns only when the brand tone allows it.
- Holiday color scheme: keep the brand primary color at ≥30% of the image, with holiday colors as accents (e.g. Spring Festival red and gold, Mid-Autumn navy and gold, Christmas red and green), to avoid the whole piece turning into a generic holiday template.
- KV first(Template A), and after confirmation use the KV as a style reference to extend: social media cover, limited-edition packaging, 3–4 stickers, 1–2 merchandise items (Template B).
- Compliance check: do not use restricted elements such as national flags/national emblems as commercial decoration; pay attention to cultural sensitivity for religious holidays; discount information must be confirmed by the user.

| Valentine's Day / Qixi | Hearts, roses, magpie bridge, starry river | Pink, wine red / night sky blue |
| 618 / Double 11 | Shopping bags, gift boxes, countdown numbers, red envelope rain | Brand color + bright red |
| Mid-Autumn Festival | Full moon, mooncakes, jade rabbit, osmanthus, lanterns | Navy, gold, warm yellow |
| National Day | Fireworks, travel, city landmarks | Red, gold (do not use national flags or national emblems as decoration) |

Prompt templates
A · Holiday KV
{LOCK}
{Festival} campaign key visual for "{brand}", {vertical 2:3 | horizontal 16:9}.
Creative hook: {hook}. {IP name} {action with festival symbol 1}, {festival symbol 2} around, {optional companion character}.
Palette: brand {HEX primary} stays dominant (≥30%), festive accents {festival colours}. Mood {warm / lively / elegant}, premium illustration.
Headline "{headline}" in {font feel} at {position}; small line "{campaign info}". All text spelled exactly, no other text.
B · Extended materials (using the KV as style reference)
Use image 1 as the character reference and image 2 (approved festival KV) as the style, palette and symbol reference.
Create a {social cover 3:1 | limited packaging front | 3x3 festival sticker sheet | enamel pin} for the same campaign.
Keep the same festival symbols ({s1}, {s2}) and headline font feel. {Text: "..." | no text}.
C · Holiday countdown series (3/2/1)
{LOCK}
Countdown poster "{N}" for {festival}: big number "{N}" occupies 40% of the frame, {IP name} {interaction with the number}, same layout as image 2, only number and pose change.
Quality check list
- Still recognizable as your IP after removing the logo (brand color ≥30%)
- Holiday symbols ≤2–3, with clear primary and secondary hierarchy
- Title and campaign information are verbatim correct, discounts and dates confirmed by the user
- Extended materials share the same set of symbols, typographic feel, and color palette as the KV
- No restricted elements, no cultural offense
Common pitfalls & fixes
| Symptom | Fix |
|---|---|
| The whole thing is red and gold, the brand color is gone | Write "brand orange dominant, red only as accents"; reduce the number of lanterns/fireworks |
| The IP's features are covered by festive clothing | Add only small accessories to the clothing (scarf, small hat), do not cover the memory hook |
| Festive elements contain incorrect cultural details (e.g., Japanese lanterns mixed into Spring Festival) | Specify "Chinese {festival}" in the prompt, and list the specific elements you want |
| Extended materials don't look like they're from the same family as the KV | Use the KV as a second reference image, and write "same style, palette and symbols as image 2" |
How to render
| Route | Condition | Method |
|---|---|---|
| ① Built-in tool | The agent has its own image generation (Codex imagegen, ChatGPT, etc.) | Call it directly, using the reference images in brand/ref/ as input images |
| ② API Key | Set GPTIMAGE_API_KEY, optional GPTIMAGE_BASE_URL(any OpenAI-compatible gateway; if there's no official key you can use https://tryallapi.com/v1) |
python scripts/generate.py --model flare --image brand/ref/ip-sheet.png --size 1024x1024 --prompt-file p.txt --out out/x.png |
| ③ None of the above | — | Output the final prompt + the list of reference images to upload, so the user can paste it into any image generation tool that supports reference images |
Model routing: defaults to GPT Image 2.5 Flare(gpt-image-2.5-flare, fast, suitable for drafts and scenes); when the image contains a wordmark/Chinese title that must be correct character by character, or when doing a "change only one thing" local edit, switch to Sunburst(gpt-image-2.5-sunburst). The prompt itself is model-agnostic: it also works with Gemini / Seedream / Midjourney, etc., but for models with weak text rendering, leave the text blank and do the typography in post.
