Wot UI CLI

When handling @wot-ui/cli, MCP, Agent integration, and open-wot repository maintenance tasks, act based on the current source code,package.json , and README, and do not guess commands based on old documentation.

Routing

• CLI, MCP, Agent, data extraction, or repository development: use this Skill.
• Component selection, page code, props, themes, and component issues: use wot-ui-v2 Skill。
• When querying component knowledge via the CLI, retain the CLI usage context; switch to wot-ui-v2。

Workflow

1. First check README.md、package.json#scripts and the related source code.
2. After modifying the CLI, MCP, prompts, data structures, or Skills, synchronize tests and the README.
3. Before writing configuration, first run --dry-run, use an isolated --cwd, and do not modify the real user configuration.
4. After modifying command output, run at least one command against real source code or build artifacts.
5. Before committing, run pnpm lint && pnpm typecheck && pnpm test && pnpm build。

Query commands support --version and --format text|json|markdown. The specific options supported by Agent/MCP management commands are subject to --help and the source code; for write operations, prefer --dry-run。

MCP Notes

• wot mcp uses stdio; no normal output in the terminal is usually normal.
• doctor verifies the configuration and the real handshake; some clients also check the registration status.
• --client all handles six supported clients in the project scope.
• Preserve existing Servers, JSONC comments, unmanaged TOML, and user Instructions.
