Data dependencies and execution prerequisites
It is recommended to use Wind wind-mcp-skill to obtain the underlying data. Before execution, first check whether it already exists locally wind-mcp-skill; if not, prompt the user to install:

Skill positioning
This skill is used to compress the news and announcements of a group of watchlist stocks within a specified window into an "impactful information list." The focus is not on relaying information, but on completing noise filtering, classification, and impact assessment, so that users can quickly know which news deserves attention, what the direction of impact is, and how long the impact will last.
Execution workflow
Step 1: Clarify the stock pool and statistical interval
First confirm the watchlist scope and the time interval to review. If the user does not specify, by default process information from the most recent calendar day or from after the close of the previous trading day to the current time.
Step 2: Summarize incremental information
Summarize newly added information stock by stock, prioritizing the following categories:
- Company announcements, regulatory documents, trading suspensions and resumptions, shareholder behavior, capital operations
- Performance-related information, operational updates, major customers and orders
- Industry policies, supply-demand changes, price fluctuations, competitor developments
- Mainstream media reports, topics with a clear increase in market attention
For articles that are repeatedly reposted and contain no substantive new content, merge them into one item or remove them directly.
Step 3: Reorganize by information type
Reorganize the information into categories more suitable for decision-making, rather than listing by source:
- Changes at the operating level
- Changes at the capital market level
- Changes at the industry and policy level
- Changes at the sentiment and public opinion level
This can avoid the situation where a company has more than a dozen news items but only one is truly important.
Step 4: Determine the direction and duration of impact
For each core piece of information, assess three dimensions:
- Direction: bullish, bearish, neutral, needs further observation
- Duration: short-term impact, medium-term impact, long-term impact
- Certainty: high, medium, low
If the impact of the information is highly dependent on subsequent disclosure, execution, or market interpretation, the source of uncertainty should be clearly marked.
Step 5: Extract issues that need to be tracked
For truly important information, do not just give a conclusion; also add issues that need further verification later, for example:
- Whether the event is one-time or a trend change
- Whether the current market has already fully reflected it
- What key milestones will later verify or refute the news
Step 6: Organize into a review summary
The final output is organized as "stock - core information - impact assessment - follow-up observation points," without showing the item-by-item search process.
Output structure
Watchlist News Impact Summary ({YYYY-MM-DD})
1. Today's most noteworthy newly added information
- {Stock A}: {one-sentence summary}, assessed as {bullish/bearish/neutral}
- {Stock B}: {one-sentence summary}, assessed as {bullish/bearish/neutral}
2. News interpretation by stock
| Stock | Core information | Impact direction | Impact Duration | Certainty | Follow-up Observation Points |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| {Stock A} | {Summary} | Slightly Bullish | Short to Medium Term | High | {What to Continue Watching} |
| {Stock B} | {Summary} | Neutral | Short Term | Medium | {What to Continue Watching} |
III. Noise and Misleading Information Alerts
- {Which information has high attention but limited substantive increment}
- {Which information needs to be guarded against overinterpretation}
IV. Conclusion
- Stocks that should be given a higher level of attention: {Stock/Reason}
- Stocks for which the original judgment is temporarily unchanged: {Stock/Reason}
- Stocks that need more information to confirm: {Stock/Reason}
Quality Requirements
- Impact judgments must revolve around the stock's main storyline; do not mechanically apply broad industry news to every stock.
- If the same piece of news has already been fully anticipated by the market, its incremental impact level should be lowered.
- A clear distinction must be made between "sentiment bullish" and "fundamentals bullish"; they must not be written interchangeably.
- If there is insufficient basis to judge the direction, write "needs continued observation" rather than forcing a characterization.
- The output should help with review and prioritization screening, rather than forming a pileup of news.
