Triggers & routing
- Trigger: chapter reconstruction, chapter reconstructor, graduation thesis main thread reconstruction, paper to thesis, chapter rewriting.
- Use when: You already know the role of each piece of material in the graduation thesis, but the current chapter still looks like a translation, stitching together, or sales pitch display of the original paper.
- Skip if: Currently only local sentence polishing is being done, or the chapter role has not yet been determined.
- Network: none.
- Guardrail: It is not translating the paper; it is not simple deletion; it must rewrite chapter goals and transition relationships around the main thread of the graduation thesis.
This is the core reconstruction skill of the graduate-paper pipeline.

Workflow
- First answer what problem this chapter needs to solve in the graduation thesis
- Determine whether the current chapter still follows the original paper's sales pitch narrative
- Clarify what content should be retained, weakened, moved up, or moved down
- Rewrite the chapter opening introduction, chapter transitions, and section responsibilities
- Write the reconstruction rules into
chapter_rewrite_rules.md
Key Rule
If any chapter still looks like:
- paper translation
- experiment report
- method promotion
- stitching together multiple papers
it all indicates that this step is not yet complete.
