Step 1: Select project type
选择项目类型：

6. internal-control - 内控设计/整改

Step 2: Enter project code
请输入项目代码（或回车使用默认）：
默认: {自动按类型生成}
代码必须：
- 全小写字母/数字/-
- 不含空格和特殊字符
- 1-32 字符
- 同一类型内唯一
示例：2026-audit-ic / Q3-2026-budget / m-and-a-deal-alpha
Conflict check: If the code already exists, report an error and require re-entry.
Step 3: Fill in basic project information
According to the project.md template in references/project-space-structure.md , ask in sequence:

Step 4: Select activation scenarios
选择该项目涉及的财务场景（可多选）：

Step 5: Set key thresholds
Display required thresholds by project type:
Required for annual-audit type：

Examples
→ Example: If the user says "start the 2026 annual internal control audit", the system should select the annual-audit type, with the code defaulting to 2026-audit-ic, ask for the person in charge/cycle/scope, and generate project.md.
→ Example: If the user says "we have an M&A project codenamed alpha, start due diligence", the system should select the m-and-a type, with the code m-and-a-deal-alpha, and ask for the transaction size and target company.

- Overwrite protection: If the code already exists,refuse to overwrite, and require the user to use
