/finance:project-list — Project list

Scan the ~/.config/finance-skills/projects/ directory, list all projects and group them by status.

Command format

/finance:project-list [--status <状态>] [--type <类型>] [--upcoming <N>]

Parameters:

• --status Filter status:planning / active / fieldwork / reporting / closed
• --type Filter type:annual-audit / budget-review / tax-filing / m-and-a / other
• --upcoming <N> Only show projects with milestones in the next N days

Field extraction

The display information for each project is extracted from project.md :

Display field	project.md source
Status	状态 or 当前阶段
Type	项目类型
Owner	负责人
Period	审计周期 or 项目周期
Next key date	下次关键日期 or the first future date from the 关键日期 section
Completion	关联产出物 count / 关键阈值.总数(e.g., SOX control testing 31/72)

Implementation mechanism

Scan logic:

Group and sort by status:fieldwork > active > reporting > planning > closed。

Examples

→ Example: the user says "see what projects there are currently", and the system scans the projects/ directory and outputs them grouped by status.

→ Example: the user says "list projects with deadlines in the next 30 days", and the system uses --upcoming 30 to filter.

→ Example: the user says "status of all M&A projects", and the system uses --type m-and-a to filter.

Notes

• Empty directory scan: if ~/.config/finance-skills/projects/ does not exist or is empty, output "No projects yet", and prompt to run /finance:project-new to create
• project.md corrupted: mark with ⚠️, skip field extraction for that project, still display code + directory path
• Do not modify any files: pure read-only skill
