Escalation Trigger Conditions
- Major information that must be disclosed is discovered but has not yet been disclosed (the disclosure procedure must be initiated immediately)
- The disclosed content contains major errors or omissions (must be corrected immediately)
- There are loopholes in insider information management (risk of information leakage)
- The choice of disclosure timing conflicts with regulatory requirements
- Information disclosure causes abnormal market fluctuations and a temporary trading halt must be initiated
