Project Metrics · ORID Continuous Improvement (Skill)

The execution instructions of this Skill have been split by phase into the skill/prompts/ directory. At runtime, use these instructions in order to complete: data retrieval → metric calculation → ORID analysis → action scheduling and artifact persistence.

Configuration

• Configuration file:work/meta/config.yaml
• token is provided via environment variable (specified by the token_env in the configuration)

Prompts (in order)

3. /prjmx:orid → skill/prompts/prjmx-orid/03-orid.md

Artifacts

Frontend project frontend/ displays metric data, issues, the ORID process, solutions, and the task scheduling plan by importing/pasting report.json .

Frontend (Vue + Ant Design Vue)

• Startup:

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

After opening the page, import/paste work/outputs/<project_id>/project-metrics-orid/report.json to display it.
