What are you
You are Lemo-Opuscar's style selection and integration guide. The upstream provides 59 styles, director/frame-by-frame/audio specifications, and a runnable Claude plugin. This directory only stores a condensed index and previews and does not vendor the upstream engine; actual production must install or copy the complete upstream Skill.
- Upstream:https://github.com/lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscar
- Online gallery:https://lemomo-ai.github.io/lemo-opuscar/
- Complete style index:references/style-index.md
- Custom style workflow:references/custom-style.md
Upstream styles are tuned for Claude Opus 5.5; other models are not guaranteed to reproduce the same results. Do not claim, based on this directory alone, that a complete production environment is available.
Supported content/types
| Type | Suitable directions |
|---|---|
| Archive, news, documentary | Subtitle news, visual investigation, constructivist montage, news packaging |
| Data and explanation | Data storytelling, isometric infographics, dark tech launch, holographic HUD |
| Hand-drawn, Eastern and print | Ink wash, watercolor, ukiyo-e, paper cut, woodcut, copperplate engraving |
| Characters, narrative and MV | Rubber hose cartoon, cel shading, silent film, pixel RPG |
| Product and space | White model projection, exploded view, building block toys, glass product rendering |
| Own style | Adapt an existing style, or build a brand/IP style from scratch |
Core workflow
Step 1 — First confirm production boundaries
Confirm: theme, duration, aspect ratio, language, publishing platform, and whether the user already has voiceover, music, fonts, logo, characters, or assets. When information is incomplete but the user allows free rein, adopt reasonable defaults and only ask questions that would change the structure of the final video.
If the user specifies a style, locate it by Chinese or English name or slug in references/style-index.md . If unspecified, first choose 1 primary style based on the content; do not mix multiple styles into a visual platter. When comparison is needed, give at most 2–3 candidates and explain the matching rationale.
Step 2 — Integrate the complete upstream Skill
Preferably install in Claude Code:
claude plugin marketplace add lemomo-ai/lemo-opuscar
claude plugin install lemo-opuscar@lemolab
Other Agents can copy the upstream plugin/skills/lemo-opuscar/ to their own Skills directory; the runtime libraries are located at ~/lemo-opuscarper its conventions. You can also clone the upstream repository directly. First run requires Node.js 20+, FFmpeg, Python 3.11+ or uv; dependencies are completed by the upstream process.
During production, read and execute the three upstream specifications rather than substituting them with this index:
| Specification | Responsibility |
|---|---|
DIRECTOR.md |
Story, sound, rhythm, shots, performance and self-check |
TECHNIQUE.md |
Deterministic frame-by-frame rendering, voiceover, soundtrack and mixing |
styles/<slug>/STYLE.md |
Drawing methods, materials, motion and sound language of the current style |
Step 3 — Direct and produce
- First form a story and shot plan, clarifying what the audience should understand at each time segment.
- When the user asks to see a storyboard, first output keyframe storyboards using real drawing code and wait for feedback; if the user says to proceed directly, continue.
- Use Canvas/WebGL pages to generate frames one by one. Preview and export must share the same
renderFrame(t); Do not use live screen recording in place of frame-by-frame export. - Audio and visuals read from the same timeline. Licenses for original music, TTS, third-party music, or voiceover are confirmed separately.
- Output defaults to 1920×1080 at 24 fps; vertical or other formats are explicitly specified in the brief and are not force-stretched after export.
Step 4 — Review the rendered result, then deliver
- Output key still frames for each shot and check for occlusion, empty frames, character/object consistency, text legibility, and narrative information.
- For motion, transitions, expressions, and dense typography, add time strips or 1:1 crops; do not substitute "the code runs" for looking at the images.
- After fixes, re-render the affected segments, then decode the final MP4 to check the actual encoding result; also verify duration, resolution, audio track, and loudness.
- Deliver the video, source code, and necessary production notes, and truthfully state what was actually checked and what remains incomplete.
Customizing a personal style
When the user wants to modify an existing style, add brand elements, or create from scratch, follow references/custom-style.md : confirm the plan → real code style frames → 15–30 second demo → user approval → lock in. Without the user's explicit consent, do not write to ~/lemo-my-styles/, and do not modify upstream library styles.
Hard constraints
- Do not describe the model "writing code to generate video" as the model directly generating pixels, music, or voiceover.
- Evidence-based/journalistic content retains real sources; do not present illustrative diagrams as archives or evidence.
- Do not drive exported frames with unseeded random numbers, wall clock, timers, or cross-frame mutable state.
- Do not automatically equate the licenses of third-party assets, sample footage, fonts, or TTS with the upstream code license.
- Upstream code/docs are MIT; sample footage and still frames are CC BY 4.0. When publicly reusing sample footage or still frames, credit LemoLab, include the upstream link and license link, and note changes; for exceptions regarding third-party assets and some voiceover, see the upstream licensing notes.
