A migration plan self-dated 2026-04-01 says the new command should no longer retain the legacy planning-with-files convention or the files task_plan.md, progress.md and findings.md.
A sync record dated 2026-05-25 says active rules and commands still referenced that name despite there being no installed generated skill at that time. It also plans cleanup of stale references and a move to one durable plan.
