Description

Filter, validate and organize search results, supporting automatic and manual filtering modes.

Agent Autonomous Judgment

The Agent will autonomously filter based on the following criteria:

1. Relevance judgment - Whether the abstract matches the research topic
2. Quality judgment - Journal impact, research design
3. Timeliness judgment - Whether it is the latest research
4. Language judgment - Whether it is in a readable language

Execution Flow

1. Automatic filtering mode

輸入：PMID 清單
    ↓
fetch_article_details(pmids)  ← 取得完整資訊
    ↓
Agent 根據標準自動評分
    ↓
get_citation_metrics(pmids, min_rcr=1.0)  ← 過濾低影響力
    ↓
analyze_fulltext_access(pmids)  ← 標記全文可用性
    ↓
輸出：篩選後清單 + 排除原因

2. Interactive filtering mode

輸入：PMID 清單
    ↓
顯示每篇文章摘要
    ↓
詢問用戶：「這篇是否相關？」
    ↓
記錄 Include/Exclude 決定
    ↓
輸出：PRISMA 風格流程圖數據
