Overview
Based on research of the audience, brand, and similar content, produce social posts that can be used directly. Retain Threads' methods for topic selection, opening, emotion, structure, and interaction, and also use it for general social copy. No guarantee of viral posts or fixed growth rates.
When no platform is specified, use the common method first; do not get stuck in writing just to choose a platform. When word count, tags, scheduling, or platform features are involved, confirm according to the actual publishing platform. If the user only wants suggestions or review, deliver the corresponding result and do not automatically rewrite or publish.
Input Contract
From the conversation and existing materials, confirm the posting subject, target audience (TA), task goal, tone, platform and delivery requirements, as well as brand red lines. If the information is sufficient, use it; do not require forcing three personality adjectives or adding irrelevant demographic data. Ask only when missing items would clearly change the result.
Course assignments are delivered according to the assignment requirements; existing drafts retain their original intent, effective paragraphs, and confirmed facts.
Workflow
1. Research four types of sources
For new drafts, rewrites of existing materials, and post optimization, before starting to write you must read Research Methods, and check all four types of sources:
- Trends and related discussions within the Threads platform.
- Related topics and materials from web searches.
- Posts and comments from competitors or similar accounts.
- Cross-platform current events and discussions.
None of the four categories may be omitted because the task is simple, time is tight, or materials are already available. General social copy should also check the four categories and include similar content from the target platform; Threads observations are only for reference and are not directly treated as rules for other platforms.
Research should look at how others write and how readers react, then determine our angle and approach. For current events or popular memes, confirm the current state; for evergreen topics, compare content that is still relevant. Do not fix the time spent, number of accounts, or number of candidates, but search summaries cannot replace actual reading of posts and comments.
For each category, keep verifiable sources, dates, observations, and writing implications. If you have genuinely checked but there are no relevant results, record that truthfully; if content cannot be obtained, mark the gap, try other entry points, or ask the user to supplement the materials, and it cannot be counted as fully checked. If sources are blocked, first organize existing materials, unresolved questions, and completed research, then finalize the draft after the gaps are filled.
2. Choose topic and approach
Judge based on research:
- Audience relevance: Why does the other party care, and will they resonate, question, rebut, share, or take what action?
- Subject connection: What experience, data, or stance does the brand or author have that can make the content concrete?
- Content contribution: What observations, evidence, or expressive angle does this add compared with similar posts?
- Actual effect: Anticipate reasonable reader reactions and check whether it deviates from the goal, violates brand red lines, or causes misunderstanding.
Compare candidate topics as needed; do not repeatedly research just to make up numbers. If a topic already exists, improve the angle and expression.
When designing the opening, read 50 Hook Example Sentences, and when choosing emotion, read Six Emotional Frameworks. The Hook is the first line or first few lines that make readers willing to keep reading. Emotions can have turns and mixtures, but the main point must be clear, with no fixed ratio.
3. Draft and verify
When drafting a new piece or adjusting structure, read Five post structures;when you need to see the full application, read Case Collection. When only revising part of it, use the corresponding method and do not redo the whole piece.
The commonly used components are the opening, situation, viewpoint, and interaction invitation, which can be combined according to the content. A 25-character opening, a 150–250 character short post, or a length within 350 characters are only drafting references, not acceptance limits. Length is determined by the platform and completeness of expression; use a thread when necessary. Questions, self-replies, and tags are chosen according to purpose and are not forced into every post.
After completion, check against the Quality Rules. When diagnosing or revising, read Common Issues and Revised Example Sentences, and do not output the checklist in full again.
4. Arrange management and review according to needs
| Work needs | When to read and use |
|---|---|
| Judging platform mechanisms or performance claims | Read Algorithms and Evidence, and distinguish verifiable data from inferences to be tested. |
| Post scheduling | Read Timing Strategy, and arrange it according to the audience, account data, and available reply times. |
| Comments, self-replies, quotes, threads, or negative review handling | Read Interaction Strategy, and choose the approach useful for the task. |
| Social graphics | Read Graphic Design, follow the brand style, and provide or use a production prompt when necessary. |
| Establishing or unifying brand tone | Read Brand Tone, and use existing tone data and sample drafts. |
| Complete post delivery package | Use Post Template, and keep only the fields that are needed. |
| One-week or one-month content planning | Use Content Calendar。 |
| Post performance analysis, weekly/monthly review | Use Data Template, and compare according to available metrics and the same observation period. |
Research and strategic recommendations are not authorization to publish, contact friends, or reply to others; these actions are performed according to user authorization.
Output Contract
- For writing tasks, first deliver the agreed number of copy-ready posts, with research basis and strategy explanations placed outside the main text.
- Include a concise research summary, with actual results and links for each of the four source types, explaining which observations influenced the topic selection or writing approach. Expand the full research report only when requested, and do not add another confirmation gate.
- For proposal or review tasks, deliver specific recommendations and reasons; attach scheduling, comment scenarios, interaction scripts, graphics, and performance tracking as needed.
- Do not replace the finished draft requested by the user with candidate ideas, and do not force the output of a full management package when revising a single post.
Quality Rules
- All four research categories have verifiable results; report gaps truthfully, and do not pass off the same search summary as four categories of research.
- The opening matches the body, with consistent audience, subject, viewpoint, and expected action. Use a natural Taiwanese tone, preserve the level of formality the brand requires, and do not fake approachability with fixed catchphrases.
- Facts, numbers, personal experiences, client testimonials, and promises must have a basis. Hypothetical cases may demonstrate writing approaches, but must not impersonate real experiences or services already provided.
- Do not separately score marketing ethics. Judge techniques such as controversy, anxiety, and humor based on brand prohibitions, factual basis, and possible backlash; do not exclude them categorically because of the subject category.
- Verify the sources and applicable time periods of platform features, algorithms, and performance numbers. Do not directly interpret observed correlation as causation, and do not directly attribute a single low-engagement post to a particular factor.
- Reference examples are used to understand structure; they do not require copying viewpoints, storylines, or fixed sentence patterns. Image cards and body text use consistent information, and the body text can be understood on its own.
