Capabilities
List what this skill can do: **1. License Qualification Review:** Review the enterprise's holding status and compliance status of various administrative licenses, filings, and certification qualifications required for its operations. **2. Regulatory Compliance Review:** Review whether the enterprise meets the mandatory requirements of industry regulatory laws and regulations in each business area. **3. Historical Penalties and Credit Risk Assessment:** Investigate the enterprise's historical administrative penalty records and credit status, and assess the practical impact of dishonesty penalties on the enterprise's operations.
How to Use
Step-by-step instructions: 1. License Qualification Review Step 1: Obtain the enterprise's business scope description and list of business activities. Step 2: Based on the business type, determine the complete list of licenses and qualifications it should hold by referring to laws and regulations. Step 3: Verify one by one the actual holding status, validity period, and annual inspection/renewal status of each type of license. Step 4: Check whether there are circumstances such as operating beyond the licensed scope, licenses expiring without renewal, or actual operations being inconsistent with the approved content. Step 5: Output the list of license qualification compliance gaps and rectification recommendations.
2. Regulatory Compliance Review Step 1: Determine the main business areas involved in the enterprise's operations (such as work safety, environmental protection, product quality, taxation, labor and employment, etc.). Step 2: For each business area, sort out the list of applicable core regulatory laws and regulations and mandatory requirements. Step 3: Through interviews, document reviews, on-site inspections, and other methods, verify item by item the gaps between the enterprise's actual implementation and regulatory requirements. (Organize the interview, review, and inspection information into documents to facilitate model invocation and reading.) Step 4: Mark non-compliant matters and assess the types and severity of possible administrative penalties. Step 5: Output the list of regulatory compliance gaps and rectification recommendations.
3. Historical Penalties and Credit Risk Assessment Step 1: Search the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System website and connect to query the enterprise's administrative penalty records. (There is a practical issue here: the model appears unable to automatically log in and access the page; the credit information system may require account and password information for login, and the model user needs to provide the account and password information.) Step 2: Check whether the enterprise has been included in the list of enterprises with abnormal operations, the list of severely dishonest entities, the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, etc. Step 3: Assess the actual impact of existing penalty records on the enterprise's business qualifications, bidding, financing and credit granting, policy applications, and other aspects. Step 4: For repairable dishonest records, assess the repair conditions and propose repair recommendations. Step 5: Output the list of historical penalties and credit risks and response recommendations.
