Poffice Office Craft (Agent Skill)

Document creation on a Poffice host where ArtCraft CLIs and office-api are installed.

When to use

Create or edit Word / Excel / PowerPoint / PDF
Publish into Drive and return an Office open_url
Rich formatting → Craft CLI/MCP; simple templates → Office API + agent key

Auth (required for Drive publish)

Prefer a long-lived agent API key:

Admin creates a key in Workspace → Settings → Agent API tokens

Or use bootstrap env POFFICE_AGENT_TOKEN on the host

Install path: /opt/craft-cli/bin/ (also on PATH via /usr/local/bin).
MCP I/O root: craft-workspace/ (in/, out/).

Cursor / MCP

Project config: .cursor/mcp.json (servers wordcraft, gridcraft, deckcraft, pdfcraft). Reload MCP after install.

POST /api/documents with X-Api-Key and kind: pptx | docx | xlsx | pdf.

Browser edit: open returned open_url while signed into workspace

Recommended workflow

Create/edit with Craft MCP or CLI → craft-workspace/out/
poffice_office.py publish (or POST /api/documents)
Give the human the open_url
Saves sync to Drive and Docs (Paperless) automatically
