Core Process
Step 1: Detect Local Version
Scan ~/.claude/skills/ all taxue series skills in the directory.
Step 2: Compare Remote Version
本地版本 == 远程版本 → 已是最新
本地版本 < 远程版本 → 可升级
本地版本 > 远程版本 → 🔔 本地修改（询问是否覆盖）
Step 3: Interactive Upgrade
List the upgradable items, and the user chooses to upgrade all or a specified skill.
Step 4: Execute Upgrade
Back up the current version → download the new version → verify → complete.
