When to use

B. Fan fiction creation (safe plan)
Help users write fan fiction, but with built-in compliance:
- First confirm the IP and target platform → determine whether monetization is possible
- Prioritize recommending public domain IPs(Journey to the West/Three Kingdoms/Dream of the Red Chamber/Investiture of the Gods/Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio) for safe derivative creation
- Protected IPs: recommend "borrow the name, not the main plot"—no more than 3 characters, majorly change the character setting, 100% original main plot
- Write using web fiction techniques (hooks/payoff points as usual, call other skills)
- After writing, automatically run the compliance detection from A once
Iron rules of safety
- Public domain IPs are safest: works by authors who have been dead for more than 50 years can be freely used for commercial derivative creation.
- Protected IP without authorization = cannot charge: even posting for free may still be taken down/sued.
- Jinjiang is the only legal fan fiction monetization zone in China, and it has hard rules on quotation ratio.
- Overseas fan fiction is relatively lenient(overseas Chinese writing film/TV or web fiction fan works is a blue ocean), but cross-border commercial use still recommends authorization/public domain.
