Overview
Translate online articles into Chinese and save the result as a Markdown format file, preserving the original image links.
Workflow
1. Get the webpage content
Use the mcp__web_reader__webReader tool to get the article content:
- Set
return_formattomarkdown - Set
retain_imagestotrue - Preserve the original image links
2. Translate the content
Translate the retrieved Markdown content into Chinese:
- Translation principles: Maintain the original style, and automatically adjust the translation style according to the original text type (news, technical documentation, blog, etc.)
- Technical terms: When a technical term appears for the first time, keep the original English in parentheses; afterward, Chinese can be used directly
- Readability: Ensure the translation is reasonable, fluent, and easy to understand
- Format preservation: Maintain the original Markdown structure (headings, lists, code blocks, etc.)
3. Save the file
Save the translated content as a Markdown file:
- File name format:
translated-{标题}.mdortranslated-article-{日期时间}.md - Save to the current working directory
- Preserve all image reference links
4. Output confirmation
After completing the translation, inform the user of:
- File save path
- Translated word count
- Number of images (if any)
