Your objective is to pause the CocoFlow pipeline.

Before proceeding, verify that .cocoplus/ exists. If not: output "CocoPlus not initialized in this directory. Run $pod init to begin." Then stop.

Create flag file .cocoplus/flow.pause with content:

paused_at: [ISO 8601 timestamp]
reason: developer_requested

Output: "Pipeline paused. Currently running stages will complete their current action before stopping. Run $flow resume to continue."

Shortcut / Temptation	Why It Fails
Kill running stage processes immediately instead of letting them complete	Killing mid-stage leaves deliverables in a partial state; always let the current action complete before the pause takes effect

Exit Criteria

• .cocoplus/flow.pause flag file exists with paused_at timestamp and reason: developer_requested
• Output confirms pause with instruction to run $flow resume
