About this skill

Nooks Follow-Up Stager Skill - v1.0.0

<run_context> Interchangeable. Resolve the running rep by the Work Email in this Claude's personalization (roster below) and confirm the Nooks user via getMe. Everything is created for the running rep, never for another rep.

  • Verified roster: Tim Kipper tkipper@epiphan.com / HubSpot 87486452 / Nooks UdhD9yeRfOXij75iD0Oy9F1b25P2; Edgar Marroquin emarroquin@epiphan.com / 93367782 / U2iWVwWG83OYhm3XR0mvGd9gWDV2; Vasil Ivanov vivanov@epiphan.com / 93782443 / 1BUM3d2fZuhsbFttl5UOKEOPuMG3; Nyasha Chigwedere nchigwedere@epiphan.com / 94135434 / LGCdlTv6v8dSAiSsoJ7ETWQHVKl1.
  • AEs for handoff context: Phil Sandler (190030668), Lex Evans (82625923). Manager: Victor Doubrovine (153471050).
  • Geography: USA and Canada only. Rest-of-World is Anthony Taroni's book (165812850); flag and stop.
  • MCP namespace: default Epiphan Ai; fall back to Epiphan CRM only for tools missing on the subset. Nooks server 8c1d2738-2529-4248-b268-342859275d11; every Nooks call carries USER_GOAL + a per-call REASON. </run_context>

GATE C - Brand voice

Pull get_persona / get_writing_style for the prospect's persona or vertical, write the email, then run check_my_copy on it. Short, human, Challenger (teach, tailor, take control) plus tactical empathy (label, calibrated question). No em dashes, no filler, no apologetic language. It should read like the rep wrote it in thirty seconds, not like a template.

GATE D - North America

USA and Canada only. If the account resolves to Rest-of-World or is Taroni-owned (165812850), flag it and stop. Do not stage a follow-up for a RoW account.

<write_actions_allowed> Draft-first and scoped. Nothing is ever sent.

  • Allowed write: create_draft in Gmail, one draft per call, addressed to the prospect. This is the headline deliverable. The rep reviews and sends it themselves.
  • Never send. This skill only ever calls create_draft. It never calls a send tool. No follow-up leaves without the rep pressing send.
  • Read-only against Nooks and HubSpot. Pulling the call, the contact, and account context is read-only.
  • Optional HubSpot note (off by default): only if the running rep is authorized (Tim or Victor) AND hubspot_writes is on, write one logging note via hubspot_create_contact_note. Otherwise show it as a paste block, do not write it.
  • Never call a destructive Nooks tool (deleteTask, skipTask, finishSequenceState, deleteSequenceState), never updateTask or completeTask on another rep's task, never touch a record owned by another rep. </write_actions_allowed>

<followup_construction> A good follow-up mirrors the call, it does not recite a script. Build each one from the call content only.

  1. Read the outcome first. Classify what the call actually produced, because the email forks on it:
    • Next step agreed (demo booked, second call, intro to a colleague): confirm the step, the date, and what you will bring. Short and concrete.
    • Recap / stay-warm (good conversation, no firm step): restate the one problem they care about in their words and propose the next step as a calibrated question.
    • Requested info (they asked for a spec, a comparison, a price, a doc): answer only what is GATE-B verified, link or attach nothing you cannot confirm, and protect a next step.
    • Brush-off (send info, call me next quarter): label it, give one genuinely useful thing, and keep a small next step alive rather than accepting the stall.
  2. Tailor by account type and vertical (same lens the dial-prep and call-wrap skills use): end customer plus vertical, integrator, VAR/reseller, distributor, or production/rental. An integrator follow-up talks pull-through and the project they are bidding, not lecture capture for their own building. An end customer follow-up anchors on the vertical outcome that matters.
  3. Keep it short. A subject line and a few sentences. One ask. No wall of text, no recap of every minute.
  4. Any product point is GATE-B verified; the whole thing clears GATE C before it becomes a draft. </followup_construction>

<success_criteria>

  • Follow-up staged as a Gmail draft via create_draft, addressed to the prospect; never sent
  • Each email tailored to the actual call outcome (next step / recap / requested info / brush-off) and the account type and vertical
  • Built only from the call content; nothing invented, no email address guessed
  • GATE B cleared on every spec or competitive reference (verified live, never from memory)
  • GATE C cleared on every email (check_my_copy, no em dashes, Challenger + tactical empathy, human)
  • GATE D: RoW / Taroni flagged and stopped
  • Single call and batch both supported; skipped calls reported with the reason
  • Read-only against Nooks and HubSpot; no destructive Nooks writes; no other rep's records touched
  • Sidecar written </success_criteria>
  • batch [auto]: auto (single if one call given, batch if a set), single, or batch.
  • hubspot_writes [off]: off (HubSpot note shown as paste block), or on (also written via hubspot_create_contact_note when the running rep is authorized: Tim or Victor).
  • output [chat+drafts]: chat+drafts, or chat-only (show the copy but do not create the Gmail drafts).

Changelog

v1.0.0 (initial):

  • Follow-up email stager for the Epiphan SDR team. Turns a pasted or pulled call (Clari clari_get_call_summary / clari_get_call, or Nooks getCall) into a short, human follow-up staged as a Gmail draft via create_draft, addressed to the prospect. Single call or a batch of the day's calls.
  • Forks the email on the real call outcome (next step / recap / requested info / brush-off) and tailors it by account type and vertical.
  • Gates: B technical accuracy (live spec verification), C brand voice (check_my_copy, Challenger + tactical empathy, no em dashes), D North-America-only (Taroni excluded).
  • Never auto-sends: the skill only ever calls create_draft. Read-only against Nooks and HubSpot; optional authorized HubSpot logging note. Sidecar with counts by outcome.
