Interactively create terms of service and privacy policies for web services. Generate legal documents compliant with Japanese law, referencing kiyaku.jp templates.

Creation Flow

Step 1: Confirm the service type

Ask the user the following to select the appropriate template:

• What kind of service is it? (Web service / E-commerce site / SNS・bulletin board / Campaign)
• Is membership registration required?
• Is it a paid service?

Step 2: Collect basic information

Collect the following with AskUserQuestion:

- サービス名（正式名称）
- 運営者名（会社名または個人名）
- 連絡先（メールアドレス）
- 管轄裁判所（東京地方裁判所など）

Step 3: Collect service-specific information

Collect additional information by type:

For e-commerce sites:

• Payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, etc.)
• Return/cancellation policy
• About shipping

For SNS/bulletin boards:

• Rights to posted content (scope of use by the service)
• Presence of age restrictions

For campaigns:

• Campaign name
• Application period
• Prize details
• Number of winners

Step 4: Apply the template

1. Load the corresponding template from assets/
2. Replace variables with the collected information
3. Delete unnecessary clauses, add necessary clauses

Step 5: Output and confirmation

Output the generated terms of service in Markdown format and ask the user for confirmation.

Variable Notation

Variables in the template use the {{変数名}} format:

• {{サービス名}} - Official name of the service
• {{運営者名}} - Company name or individual name
• {{連絡先}} - Email address
• {{管轄裁判所}} - Exclusive agreed jurisdictional court
• {{制定日}} - Date of establishment of the terms (in YYYY year M month D day format)

Notes

Before generation, always check references/legal-notes.md and inform the user of the following:

1. This is a template and needs to be modified to match the actual service.
2. Consulting a lawyer is recommended for important matters.
3. Provisions that violate mandatory rules such as the Consumer Contract Act and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions may be invalid.
