Download SMBC Card Statements

Purpose

From the SMBC Sumitomo Mitsui Card Vpass web statements, save only the CSV statements that the site directly provides.

This skill assumes a logged-in Chrome tab. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, or credentials.

Safety Rules

  • Do not mention statement contents, amounts, store names, card numbers, or personal names in the conversation
  • Page.printToPDF or PDF generation via browser printing is not used
  • Save only CSV/PDF files downloaded directly by the site
  • Split the save destinations into per-card directories
  • After the work, check that no CSV files are left behind in temporary folders or Downloads
  • If authentication, CAPTCHA, additional confirmation, or session expiry appears, ask the user to act and stop

Preconditions

  1. You are logged in to Vpass in Chrome.
  2. The SMBC web statement page is open in a Chrome tab.
  3. Chrome DevTools MCP or Chrome DevTools Protocol autoConnect is available.

Recommended Workflow

  1. mcp__chrome_devtools__list_pages to check whether an SMBC tab exists.
  2. If not, ask the user to open the Vpass statement page in Chrome.
  3. Decide the save destination root. The standard form is:

  1. Retrieve the CSV with the bundled script.

Output Layout

The script saves per card.

Validation

Check after execution.

If PDFs are mixed in, check whether those PDFs are originals downloaded directly from the site. Do not include PDFs generated by the agent via printing in the deliverables.

Failure Handling

  • no direct csv: There is no CSV link on the target month page
  • no download: A CSV link exists, but no file appeared in Chrome's download events or the temporary folder
  • month selector not found: You have not returned to the entry page, or the login state has changed
  • card selector not found: Session expired, a system error screen, or not the target page

month selector not found や card selector not found is not a confirmed failure to retrieve. Return to the entry URL and then retry.

no download In some cases the site does not provide a direct CSV for the target month. If retrying gives the same result, report it as a month that could not be saved.
