After the project is cloned, trigger the execution of the Workflow defined in {WORKSPACE_DIR}/oss-video-skill/.qoder/skills/oss-video/SKILL.md .
Step 3: Execute the project SKILL flow
Input: the SKILL.md within the project Output: execute the subsequent steps according to the definition of that project's SKILL Completion condition: complete all steps defined in the project SKILL Blocking: according to the definition in the project SKILL
