QJudge Quality Gates Owner

Quick start

• Run naming first:
  • node .codex/skills/qjudge-quality-gates-owner/scripts/lint-naming.js --root frontend/src
• Then run architecture:
  • node .codex/skills/qjudge-quality-gates-owner/scripts/lint-architecture.js --root frontend/src --policy compat
• Finally run the Carbon style gate:
  • bash .codex/skills/qjudge-quality-gates-owner/scripts/check-carbon-style.sh

Owner Scope

• ✅ Lint rules, quality profile (compat/strict), CI gate definitions.
• ✅ Executable check scripts for architecture/naming/style prohibitions.
• ✅ Violation classification and migration pace (report before blocking).
• ❌ Does not make feature architecture decisions (leave to qjudge-architecture-owner）。
• ❌ Does not make PR process decisions (leave to qjudge-github-workflow-owner）。

Policy

• compat: Be compatible with existing legacy debt first, prevent new violations (default).
• strict: Complete clean architecture boundaries, as the convergence goal.
