Usage
reload_skill(skill_name="my-skill")

How It Works
- Uninstall the original skill
- Re-parse SKILL.md
- Re-register with the system
Notes
- Only skills that have already been loaded can be reloaded
- If it is a new skill, please use
load_skill - After reloading, all modifications to the skill take effect immediately
