Create Todo

Create a task execution plan. Multi-step tasks must have a plan created before execution.

When to Use

• When a task requires more than 2 steps to complete
• When the user's request contains words such as "then", "next", "after that"
• Involves collaboration of multiple tools

Workflow

1. create-todo → 2. Execute steps → 3. update-todo-step → 4. ... → 5. complete-todo

Parameters

task_summary	string	Yes	A one-sentence summary of the task
steps	array	Yes	List of steps

Step Item

Field	Type	Required	Description
id	string	Yes	Step ID (e.g., step_1)
description	string	Yes	Step description
tool	string	No	Expected tool to be used
skills	array	No	List of associated skill names (optional, used for tracking)
depends_on	array	No	Dependent step ID
