Goal
Perform a code review of the specified files in the workspace, and output:
- Issues (bugs/maintainability/contract inconsistencies, etc.)
- Fix suggestions (minimal changes preferred)
Input conventions
- The task text will contain a mention:

Allowed tools
read_file/grep_files(read-only)
Prohibited
- Calling write/execute tools is prohibited (e.g. apply_patch/shell_exec/file_write)
Output requirements
Output 3 to 6 bullets:
- Issues found
- Minimal fix suggestions
- Recommended QA assertions
