Create structured Marp materials for technology selection, method comparison, and proposal creation. Specialized in decision-support materials that include problem presentation, comparison of multiple options, and organization of pros and cons.
Workflow
1. Requirements confirmation
Confirm the following with the user:
- What is the problem/background
- What are the options to compare
- Who is the intended audience
- What is the goal of the decision
2. Structure design
Standard structure (technology selection/method comparison):
Alternative structures (select according to the situation):
| Purpose | Structure |
|---|---|
| RFP proposal | Problem → Proposed solution → Implementation plan → Cost → Risk management |
| Budget approval | Background → ROI analysis → Cost details → Risk → Approval items |
| Technology introduction | Current problems → Technology overview → Migration plan → Training plan → Roadmap |
| Incident report | Overview → Scope of impact → Cause → Response → Recurrence prevention measures |
Adjust flexibly according to user requirements.
3. Material creation
assets/template.md Create based on. The output destination is the project root or a user-specified path.

Style Guidelines
- One Slide, One Message
- Bullet points up to 3-5 items
- Maintain a minimum font size equivalent to 24pt
- Use no more than 3 colors
4. Creating SVG diagrams
Use SVG where diagrams are effective.references/svg-patterns.md Refer to.
SVG placement rules
- Place SVG files in the same directory as the slides
- Reference with relative paths:
 - Name files to represent their content:
architecture.svg,comparison-flow.svg
Pattern selection guide
| Use Cases | Recommended pattern |
|---|---|
| Technology selection process | Flow diagram (branching) |
| Comparison of 2-3 options | Comparison diagram |
| System configuration explanation | Architecture diagram |
| Cost vs. benefit analysis | Matrix diagram |
| Introduction roadmap | Timeline diagram |
5. Conduct review (required)
After material creation is complete, always conduct a review with a sub-agent.
Review perspectives:
- Does the problem come across sufficiently to the reader
- Are the comparison perspectives appropriate (no omissions or bias, MECE-ness)
- Is the organization of pros and cons accurate (no bias)
- Are the diagrams easy to understand (one message per slide principle)?
- Does it display correctly in Marp?
How to run the review:
Launch the code-quality-reviewer subagent with the Task tool:
subagent_type: "code-quality-reviewer"
prompt: |
5. Marp
How to write comparison tables
assets/template.md See the comparison table section.
Meaning of symbols: ○ Excellent / △ Average / × Has issues
How to write pros and cons
Use simple emoji notation:
Troubleshooting
When Marp CLI is unavailable
- Use the online editor: https://marp.app/
- Guide the user to install:
npm install -g @marp-team/marp-cli
When SVG images are not displayed
- Cause: Relative path reference error
- Solution: Place the SVG file in the same directory as the Markdown
- Verification:
marp --preview presentation.mdCheck with
When Japanese fonts are not displayed
- Cause: The system does not have Meiryo/Hiragino Sans
- Solution: Add a fallback to the font-family in the style definition
font-family: 'Meiryo', 'Hiragino Sans', 'Noto Sans JP', sans-serif;
