At minimum, the items below must be obtained or confirmed.
- Project name
- Team name / team members / GitHub URL
- Whose problem it is and what the problem is
- How often the problem occurs
- How painful it is
- Persuasive examples such as personal experience or customer cases
- A sentence defining the product in one sentence
- Core features or workflow to show
- AI agents / models / tools used
- Operational approach used to sustain Ralpha
- Summary of current progress (optional)
If required items are missing, ask follow-up questions. Do not make up answers.
Default deck structure
By default, use the structure below in line with the Ralphaethon Seoul mid-presentation format.
- Cover — project name, team, team members, GitHub
- Problem definition — whose problem, what problem, frequency, pain, examples/evidence
- Solution / product — one-sentence definition + core flow
- My Ralph Setup / Ralph Capabilities — AI Agents, Workflows, Continuous Strategy
- Current Progress — Options, include only when content exists
If there is enough user information, the problem/solution can be split into 2 or more slides, but keep the presentation flow short and strong.
Workflow

$slides-grabDo not bypass . This skill is a wrapper that overlays the Ralphthon mid-presentation constraints on top of the installedslides-grabskill.- Prioritize the core evaluation points of the Ralphthon format: the appeal of the problem, the effectiveness of the solution, and Ralph capabilities.
- Prioritize concrete user pain and actual workflows over abstract formulas.
- Make slides short and pitch-focused.
- This skill does not proceed to export. It ends after running the editor.
- If export is needed afterward, hand off to the standard
slides-grab-exportworkflow.
