Write a summary of the current conversation into a handoff document so that a new Agent can seamlessly continue the work. Save the document to mktemp -t handoff-XXXXXX.md the generated path (read the file before writing).
Suggest skills that the next session may need to use (if any).
Do not repeat content that already exists in other artifacts (PRD, plan, ADR, issue, commit, diff). Instead, reference them by path or URL.
If the user passed in arguments, treat them as a description of the next session's focus and customize the document accordingly.
