Downloads the XSD schemas of the export format by format versions into the project's schema directory
(.v8-xsd next to .v8-project.json or the path from its key xsdPath).

Which version to take
The format version is an attribute of version the root of Configuration.xml the export (for example, 2.20), and not the number
of the platform release. Download the export versions that the project works with.
Do not add the schema directory to Git: if the project is a repository, the directory must be in .gitignore.
No network — tell the user: the schemas can be copied manually from the directories
schemas/designer/<версия>/ of the repository https://github.com/yellow-hammer/namespace-forest.
