Changes the support rules of a standard configuration: allows editing an object/configuration "under lock", removes from support, enables/disables the ability to modify. This is a deliberate action — usually after a refusal support-guard (the refusal itself prints a ready-made command for the specific case).
Applies only to the dump; to apply it in the infobase — load the dump (full load).

-Path — the same path that rejected support-guard (object, form, template, or dump directory).

editable or off-support?
- editable — edits are allowed, the object continues to receive vendor updates (merge conflicts are possible during updates). Choose when you want to customize and continue receiving updates.
- off-support — the object is removed from support: edits are unrestricted, vendor updates no longer arrive for it. This is not deleting the object. Choose when you're taking the object out from under updates.
If the ability to modify is disabled
If the entire configuration is read-only (standard "out of the box"), per-object -Set will not work — the skill will prompt you to first run -Capability on. This enables the ability to modify (all objects remain under lock), after which you open the ones you need selectively via -Set editable.
