Reads Form.xml and outputs the element tree, attributes with types, commands, events. Replaces reading thousands of lines of XML.

A table panel with a non-standard name — suffix [cmdBar:Имя] for the table; standard name — <Таблица>КоманднаяПанель. [std] — standard command (Close, for the table — Товары.Add), [cmd] — form command.
