Dumps the infobase configuration to XML files (sources). Supports full, incremental, partial dump and updating ConfigDumpInfo.
Usage

Connection parameters
Read .v8-project.json from the project root and resolve the base:
- If the user specified connection parameters (path, server) — use them directly
- If they specified the base by name — search by id / alias / name in
.v8-project.json - If not specified — match the current Git branch with
databases[].branches - If the branch did not match — use
defaultPlatform —v8pathof the found base record, otherwise the rootv8path. Not set in either place —-V8Pathdo not pass. If the file does not exist — suggest/db-list add. If the used base is not registered — after execution, suggest adding it via/db-list add. If the base record specifiesconfigSrc— use it as the default dump directory. For-Extensionthe directory is taken fromextensions[].srcof the base record, if it is specified there.

Unload modes

If the user asks to unload specific objects — use
-Mode Partialс-Objects.
Changes refuses if the directory contains an unload without ConfigDumpInfo.xml or the directory was unloaded
in a different format version (by a different platform). -Mode Full in that case will re-unload the entire tree,
and all files will change, so leave the decision about a full unload to the user.
