Workflow

When a user requests to create a new Skill, follow these steps:

Step 1: Welcome and confirm basic information

Welcome the user and begin collecting basic information:

欢迎使用 Skill Creator!

Skill,

If the user has already prepared the basic information, you can proceed directly to the next step; otherwise, guide the user to provide it.

Step 2: Choose a Skill type template

Based on the user's needs, recommend the most suitable template type. Show the available template options:

Available template types:

Template name Use case Complexity Description
Document processing PDF/Word/Excel processing, content extraction, format conversion Medium Suitable for file operations and document processing scenarios
Data analysis Data statistics, visualization, report generation Medium Suitable for data processing and analysis scenarios
Browser operations Web navigation, form filling, screenshot capture High Suitable for Web automation scenarios
Content creation Writing assistance, translation, document generation Simple Suitable for content creation and copywriting scenarios
External service integration API calls, third-party service integration High Suitable for external service integration scenarios
General tools File operations, system commands, tool invocation Simple Suitable for general tool scenarios
Code development Code generation, refactoring, review, debugging Medium Suitable for software development scenarios
Custom template Special requirements, scenarios not covered Variable Fully customized Skill structure

Ask the user:

  • "What type of Skill would you like to create? (Please choose one of the template types above, or describe your special requirements)"

Step 3: Confirm functional scope and complexity

Based on the selected template type, gain a deeper understanding of the user's needs:

For document processing Skills:

  • Which document formats need to be handled? (PDF/Word/Excel/PPT/Other)
  • What is the main function? (Read/Write/Convert/Analyze/Extract)
  • Are there specific output format requirements?

For data analysis-type Skills:

  • What is the data source? (File/Database/API/User input)
  • Which analysis types are needed? (Statistics/Trends/Clustering/Prediction/Visualization)
  • What is the output form? (Report/Chart/Data export)

For browser operation-type Skills:

  • Which operations need to be performed? (Navigate/Click/Fill/Screenshot/Scrape)
  • Does the target website have login requirements? (Yes/No)
  • Does it need to handle dynamic content? (Yes/No, requires waiting)

For content creation-type Skills:

  • What is the main creation type? (Article/Report/Email/Social media/Other)
  • Is template support needed? (Yes/No)
  • Who is the target audience?

For external service integration-type Skills:

  • Which services need to be integrated? (Please describe)
  • What is the authentication method? (API Key/OAuth/Other)
  • What are the call frequency and concurrency requirements?

For general utility-type Skills:

  • What is the main function category? (File/System/Network/Other)
  • Who are the target users? (Developer/Designer/General user)
  • Is a configuration file needed?

For code development-type Skills:

  • What is the programming language? (Single choice or multiple choice)
  • What is the development stage? (Coding/Testing/Debugging/Review/Documentation)
  • Is version control integration needed?

For custom templates:

  • Please describe in detail the Skill functionality you need
  • Do you need to reference an existing template?
  • Are there specific file structure requirements?

Step 4: Define the workflow

Based on the collected information, confirm the Skill workflow with the user:

Example of standard workflow structure:

工作流程框架(将根据模板类型调整):

1. 输入接收
   - 接收用户的请求参数
   - 验证输入的有效性
   - 解析并标准化输入数据

2. 核心处理
   - 执行主要业务逻辑
   - 调用必要的工具和 API
   - 处理各种边界情况

3. 结果处理
   - 格式化输出结果
   - 验证输出质量
   - 处理错误和异常

4. 输出呈现
   - 返回处理结果
   - 提供附加信息(如适用)
   - 给出使用建议

Confirm with the user:

  • "Does the above workflow meet your needs? If adjustments are needed, please tell me the specific requirements."

Step 5: Confirm the output file structure

Confirm the file structure the user wants to generate:

Standard Skill directory structure:

skill-name/
├── LICENSE.txt #

Ask the user:

  • Which files do you want to generate?
    • SKILL.md (required) - Main file
    • README.md (recommended) - Documentation
    • LICENSE.txt (optional) - License
    • references/ (optional) - Reference materials directory

Step 6: Generate the Skill files

Based on all the collected information, generate the complete Skill files:

6.1 Generate SKILL.md

Use the template to generate the main file, in the following format:

---
name: [skill-name]
license: LICENSE-CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 in LICENSE.txt
author: [作者名]
---
