Use when terms or domain boundaries are ambiguous.
- Check whether meanings conflict with existing glossaries/context files and code.
- Validate concepts with concrete boundary cases and distinguish adjacent terms.
- Record only domain meaning, and do not put implementation structures in the glossary.
- Propose an ADR only when the choice is difficult to reverse, surprising without context, and there were real alternatives.
- Do not implement the design.
