The character's fix the appearance so it does not waverThis is a skill that creates a sheet that does so. It organizes narrative information (personality, role, speech style) together with the visual sheet (appearance details for image generation), and pins down the consistency anchorthat must be upheld in every episode. This sheet becomes the seed for Soul ID training, and story-webtoon-qcbecomes the criterion by which consistency violations are judged.
1. Overview
This skill determines **"what to train, with what appearance, and what to fix."** It does not perform actual image generation, Soul ID training execution, or credit notices — that is moai-mediahandled by live lookup and cost preflight (§4-Delegation of Generation Execution).
2. What This Skill Does Not Do
- Does not perform image generation or Soul ID training execution — generation, training, credit notices, and model selection are delegated to the
moai-media:media-higgsfield-corecontract. - Does not assert credit figures — does not hardcode constants like "20 training images = N credits." Costs are looked up by moai-media's
get_costpreflight. - Does not assemble cut prompts — per-cut art prompts are under the purview of
story-webtoon-art. This skill covers only up to character reference. - Does not write episode narrative — the story body is
story-webtoon-episode/story-webnovel-writer.
3. Workflow
Step 1 — Organize Narrative Information
Organize personality keywords (3 or fewer), role, speech style, and "why readers like this character." Do not mix appearance details in here; gather them in the Step 2 visual sheet (visual-narrative separation).
Step 2 — Write the Visual Sheet (8 items for people / 8 items for animals)
If a person, fill in the 8-item person table; if an animal, fill in the 8-item animal table. The table skeleton and the regular/guest two-tier budget are references/visual-sheet-tables.md.
Step 3 — Decide Consistency Anchors (short and essential)
Among the visual sheet items, 1–2 things that must be fixed in every episodeare decided.
- 예:
은발 + 왼쪽 눈 밑 점,치즈태비 + 빨간 방울 목걸이. - If the anchor wavers, readers perceive it as a different character. Hair color and clothing color go into the anchor, and are repeatedly specified in both the reference image and every cut prompt (
references/neutral-base-rule.md). - This anchor is
story-webtoon-qcconsumed as the criterion by which "zero consistency violations" is judged — it must be written explicitly.
Step 4 — Neutral Base-Form Reference Set Specification
The set to be trained into Soul ID (or reference images) is as neutral base forms only designed.
- Props and situational poses are absolutely forbidden. Fixed appearance + outfit + neutral pose + only 1–2 basic expressions. Do not include held objects, specific actions, or specific emotional acting — that is assigned only to that cut in the cut prompt (
story-webtoon-art). - If you embed a prop in the reference, that prop follows along into every other cut that uses that character , breaking reusability.
- Angle list: front, side, three-quarter, expression changes. (Do not use the nonstandard term "반쯔렴" → three-quarter.)
- For two similar characters, differentiate silhouette and body type extremely — if prompt emphasis does not work, regenerate the reference (escalation,
references/neutral-base-rule.md).
Step 4-Execution — delegate to moai-media
Seed image generation and Soul ID training, advance cost notice, and model selection are delegated to moai-media:media-higgsfield-core contract (models_explore live lookup + get_cost advance notice). This skill only determines "what to train" (neutral base set composition, angle list, consistency anchors).
If moai-media is not installed: output the completed character reference prompt as text and guide the user to generate directly on the Higgsfield web (https://higgsfield.ai)에서 ).
4. Output format
5. Precautions
- Follow the regular/guest two-tier budget. Regulars get a full sheet, guests get only a brief appearance for that episode (no burden of consistency across multiple episodes). Details are in
references/visual-sheet-tables.md. - Do not omit consistency anchors. A sheet without anchors gives qc no criteria to judge by.
- If you violate the neutral base principle, reusability collapses — no props in references.
- Do not invent credit figures. Costs are looked up by moai-media.
