Overview
Collects the user's bug reports or feature requests through a structured interview and automatically registers them as GitHub Issues. Manages issues in everyone's cowork repository (modu-ai/moai-cowork) and focuses on collecting a clear problem definition and reproducible information.

Workflow
1단계: 분류 — 버그 vs 기능 요청 판별
2단계: 수집 — AskUserQuestion으로 필수 정보 수집
3단계: 확인 — 이슈 미리보기 → 사용자 승인
4단계: 등록 — gh issue create로 GitHub Issues 등록
5단계: 완료 — 이슈 URL 전달
Step 1: Classification
Determine the type from the user's message:

Step 2: Information collection
Collect the required information with AskUserQuestion. If the natural-language message contains sufficient information, skip the interview.

Step 3: Issue preview
Organize the collected information into the issue format and ask the user to confirm:

Confirm "Do you want to register?" with AskUserQuestion. Options: "Register" / "Edit then register" / "Cancel"
Step 4: Register GitHub Issues
Create the issue with the gh CLI:

If the plugin name is clear, additional label: plugin:{플러그인명} (예: plugin:moai-coworker)
Step 5: Completion report
Deliver the issue creation result to the user:
- Issue number and URL
- "Thank you. Your feedback has been registered." message
When gh CLI authentication fails
In an environment where gh CLI is not installed or not authenticated:
- Output the issue body as Markdown
- Provide a direct link to the GitHub Issues page:

- Contact directly for urgent security issues: For security vulnerabilities, please notify us directly at email@mo.ai.kr rather than through the issue tracker.
- Check for duplicate issues: Search to see whether a similar problem has already been reported before registering.
