This is a specialized skill for product specification and strategy. It supports product managers (PRD, functional specs, prioritization, roadmaps) and AI strategy (AI/ML adoption strategy, digital transformation roadmap).
Grant program and R&D project applications are outside the scope of this skill. For general government grant programs (startup, small business, SME business plans and applications), use

Workflow
Load and execute the strategy guide
Receive user request → determine the relevant strategy guide → references/{id}.md(product-manager / ai-strategy) load → execute according to the strategy guide → request user review after generating the output
For complex strategic judgments, if the sequential-thinking MCP is installed, use mcp__sequential-thinking__sequentialthinking, and if not, substitute with ultrathink keyword-based deep reasoning.

AI-based PRD writing (2026 standard)
- Using ChatPRD: Meeting notes and user feedback → automatically generate engineer-friendly specification documents
- AI draft generation: After drafting the PRD with LLMs such as Claude and GPT, the PM reviews and supplements it
- Prompt design: Include "product name, user problem, solution, success metrics" in the prompt
