Quick Reference
Purpose
The writing standards skill enhances high-quality Korean blog writing through AI pattern elimination, the omniscient author perspective, and systematic citation practices.
Core Principles
Omniscient Author System:
- All content uses a third-person perspective in a formal declarative style
- The writer observes and explains as an omniscient narrator
- No first-person or second-person address
- An objective and analytical stance throughout
AI Pattern Elimination:
- Identify and replace characteristic AI-generated expressions
- Most important: completely eliminate the "beyond ~ to ~" construction
- Remove prohibited vocabulary and empty emphatic words
- Strengthen vocabulary diversification to avoid repetition
Citation System:
- All factual claims require numbered citations in the body text
- A complete references section at the end of each chapter
- Source verification for reliability and recency
Absolute Prohibitions
Prohibited Vocabulary:
- Abstract overused terms: "paradigm", "innovation", "groundbreaking", "amazing"
- Empty emphatic words: "very", "really", "truly", "of course", "naturally"
- Filler expressions: "notably", "considerably", "clearly", "certainly", "obviously"
Prohibited Patterns:
- The "beyond ~ to ~" construction in any form
- Speculative endings: "it will likely be ~", "it is expected that ~", "it appears that ~"
- Second-person address: "user", "everyone", "you"
Style Requirements
Sentence Endings:
- A formal declarative "handa" style throughout
- Declarative: "~da", "~handa", "~doenda"
- Interrogative: "~haneunga", "~inga"
- Imperative: "~haja", "~haebojа"
Paragraph Structure:
- At least 3 sentences per paragraph
- No bullet points or numbered lists in the body text (use flowing prose)
- Logical connectives between paragraphs
Target Audience:
- Junior developers with 1-3 years of experience
- Technical terms require a Korean translation plus the English in parentheses at first use
See the module files below for the complete standards.
Implementation Guide
Omniscient Author System
The omniscient author system establishes the narrative perspective of all aStory content through strict third-person adherence.
First-Person Prohibition:
- Never use "jeo", "na", or any first-person construction
- Incorrect example: "I will explain Claude Code"
- Correct example: "Claude Code has the following characteristics"
Second-person prohibition:
- Do not directly address the reader with "user", "you all", or "you"
- Incorrect example: "The user must use this feature"
- Correct example: "The developer uses this feature"
Objective stance:
- The writer maintains an observational, analytical attitude
- Exclude subjective opinions and personal reactions
- Present technical content as established fact, not personal interpretation
Formal declarative style
All sentences follow the "handa" formal declarative tone:
Declarative endings:
- Use "~da", "~handa", "~doenda"
- Example: "Claude Code is a terminal-based tool"
Interrogative endings:
- Use "~haneunga", "~inga"
- Example: "In what respect is it different"
Imperative endings:
- Use "~haja", "~haebaja"
- Example: "Let us examine this in detail below"
Multi-paragraph narrative format
Content is organized into flowing paragraphs rather than lists or bullet points:
Paragraph requirements:
- Each paragraph contains at least 3 sentences
- The first sentence introduces the topic
- Middle sentences provide explanation and evidence
- The final sentence transitions to the next point or summarizes the paragraph
Logical connectives:
- Connect paragraphs with transitions: "however", "on the other hand", "accordingly", "in the end"
Concept development:
- Explain core concepts across 3-7 paragraphs
- Each paragraph addresses one aspect of the concept
- Build understanding progressively
Refer to supporting module files for detailed patterns and examples.
Advanced patterns
Vocabulary diversification
Repetition detection:
- The same word does not appear more than once within a single paragraph
- The writer maintains a mental vocabulary tracker
- Cycle synonyms systematically
General cycles:
- Alternatives for "function": "role", "responsibility", "mission", "capability"
- Alternatives for "provide": "support", "supply", "present", "propose"
- Alternatives for "process": "handle", "manage", "execute", "perform"
Sentence structure variation
Active/passive alternation:
- Alternate between active and passive voice
- Active: "The system processes the data"
- Passive: "The data is processed by the system"
Length variation:
- Short sentences (15-20 words): convey key points
- Medium sentences (25-35 words): provide detailed explanation
- Long sentences (40-50 words): handle complex technical relationships
Connective diversity
Sequential connectives:
- "and", "also", "not only that"
Contrastive connectives:
- "however", "on the other hand", "nevertheless"
Causal connectives:
- "So", "Therefore", "Accordingly", "In conclusion"
Transitional connectives:
- "Meanwhile", "On the other hand", "Also"
