About this skill

Homework

User provideshomework content listandcompletion period(start and end dates), and foreach day × each homework itemwithin the period, create one Trello card each.

Homework summary and review

When the user requests grading, homework summary, checking wrong answers, or review reminders, read references/review.md, and execute batch retrieval → model interpretation → excellent/good/fair/poor scoring → frequently missed question archiving → review reminders. The CLI only retrieves materials; the current model performs identification and grading, and does not treat download success or task completion markers as correct answers.

When the user requests homework assignment, use the scheduling process below.

Homework type

  • Each homework item may include type. When omitted, it isregular homework, keeping the original title, due time, and description rules unchanged.
  • Supported types:
  • One homework item corresponds to only one specific task and one Trello card; do not create extra cards for words or reading links.
The specific task must provide the words to be memorized. Accepts English commas, Chinese commas, or whitespace as separators; after trimming leading and trailing whitespace, join them in the original order with English commas.
  • 背单词must be created through cyeam trello card create --type word_memorization --task "<词表>" , and cannot be created by manually writing only --desc. The CLI writes the type, words, and translation link into the same card's desc;--type is a CLI creation parameter, not a native Trello field. The generated desc fixedly includes:
作业类型:背单词
背单词:bedroom, armchair, cushions
翻译链接:https://www.cyeam.com/ai/translate?words=bedroom,armchair,cushions

Words in the link are separated by English commas; do not replace commas with %2C, to keep the link readable.

The specific task must have a reading link provided by the user, for example /ai/translate?textbook=0&article=4. Write this link into the card description as-is; do not rewrite, complete, parse, or generate the link.

  • 阅读英语must be created through cyeam trello card create --type english_reading --task "<用户提供的链接>" . The CLI will write into desc the 作业类型:阅读英语 and 阅读英语链接:<链接>。

  • 口算: when the user gives specific questions, or requests questions to be generated and assigned to a tablet, use --type arithmetic --task <多行题目>; when questions need to be generated, load the arithmetic skill. One question per line, no answers attached, no multi-column layout, and no PDF generation. When only completing a paper workbook is requested and there are no specific questions, still assign it as regular homework.

  • Mental arithmetic has one card per day,--task contains all questions for that day, and does not split 20 questions into 20 cards. The CLI automatically writes the 作业类型:口算 and 作业内容: identifiers.

Important: This is a process Skill, not a CLI command

  • Do not execute cyeam homework: this command does not exist. Do not treat the Skill name homework as a CLI subcommand or executable file.
  • This Skill handles scheduling, model grading, wrong-answer archiving, and the review workflow; all actual queries and creations must load and follow the trello Skill, and commands must start with cyeam trello .
  • cyeam trello homework --board <board-id> is a read-only report command for viewing existing homework for the day and downloading attachments, cannotbe used to add homework. Adding homework can only use cyeam trello card create。

Prerequisites

  • All Trello operations go through the trello skill (.agents/skills/trello/SKILL.md); its command format is authoritative, and guessing is prohibited.
  • If not logged in, first cyeam trello login, then use cyeam trello status to confirm the credentials are valid.
  • When you do not know the board/list ID: first cyeam trello boards to find the study task board, then cyeam trello lists <board-id> to find the "To Do" list. Do not guess IDs by name.

Process

  1. Parse the user input: the list of homework items (such as mental arithmetic, handwriting practice, piano, vocabulary memorization, or English reading), each item's optional type and specific task, the start and end dates (inclusive), the optional starting day number, and the daily available homework start/end times, homework duration, or difficulty level. If no type is given, treat it as ordinary homework; specific mental arithmetic problems are handled according to the mental arithmetic rules above. If no end time is given, the default is to finish before 20:00 on the same day.

  2. First generate the sameordered homework listfor each day, then arrange the deadlines accordingly:

    • First group by subject/major category. Preserve the subject order explicitly given by the user; if none is given, arrange in the common study order: Chinese, mathematics, English, other subjects, interests/sports. Items whose category cannot be determined keep their relative order in the user's list and are placed last.
    • Within each major category, put easier and quicker-to-write items first and harder ones later. Use the user's marked difficulty as authoritative; otherwise judge based on the nature of the task: short copying, reading aloud, simple mental arithmetic, etc. come first, while long writing, large numbers of problems, corrections, and items requiring preparation of materials or cooperation from others come later. If it still cannot be determined, preserve the user's input order and do not invent difficulty.
    • Estimate the actual completion time for each item, using in order of priority: the user's explicit duration; an estimate based on the number of problems, word count, page count, and the pace provided by the user; a reasonable time for that item on nearby dates; a conservative task-type estimate. Estimates are accurate to 5 minutes and must be written into the plan; when information is insufficient, mark it as "estimate", and do not apply the same fixed duration to all items.
    • Using each day's end time as the anchor, work through the ordered listbackwardto derive each card's deadline: the last item's deadline is the end time, and the previous item's deadline is the start time of the task after it; each item occupies its estimated duration, and adjacent tasks reserve a 5-minute buffer. The user will see gradually increasing and different deadlines from the easy tasks done first to the difficult tasks done later. When the user specifies a deadline for an item, use their specification as authoritative and reschedule the adjacent unfixed items. If the specified start and end times cannot fit the total duration, preserve the order, truthfully report the number of minutes exceeded, and ask the user to adjust the time period or content before creating.
  3. Expand into a creation plan, with one card for each day and each homework item in the cycle:

    • Title:<作业名>(第N天), with N increasing day by day. If the user gave a starting number, use it; if not, first cyeam trello cards --board <board-id> to look at the numbering pattern of existing cards and continue from the largest number +1; if there is no pattern to follow at all, use <作业名>(YYYY-MM-DD)。
    • --due: the deadline for that day derived backward in the previous step, in the local time zone in RFC3339 format (e.g. 2026-09-08T19:25:00+08:00)。
    • When ordinary homework has specific requirements (such as "100 mental arithmetic problems"), write them into --desc; the description of all cards should also include the estimated duration and the order in that day's list, for example "estimated 15 minutes; item 2 of the day".
    • 背单词: write general explanations such as the estimated duration and the order of the day into --desc, and pass the normalized vocabulary list to --type word_memorization --task. The CLI will append the above three fixed lines after the same desc ; the tablet uses 作业类型:背单词 to enter the word interaction, reads 背单词: as the word list, and reads 翻译链接: as the jump address.
    • 口算: write the estimated duration on a separate line 预计用时: 5 into --desc, and place explanations such as the order for the day also in --desc; pass all of the day's questions to --type arithmetic --taskwith real line breaks, and do not append explanations or answers after the questions.
    • 阅读英语: write general explanations such as the estimated duration and the order for the day into --desc, and pass the link provided by the user as-is to --type english_reading --task. The CLI will append the type and link after the same desc ; the tablet uses 作业类型:阅读英语 to enter the reading interaction.
  4. Deduplication:cyeam trello cards --list <list-id> check; if a card with the same name and same due already exists, skip it.

  5. List the complete plan checklist to the user once in the execution order for each day for confirmation. Each line must contain at least: date, subject/category, type, sequence number, assignment, difficulty basis, estimated duration, start—deadline time, title; after confirmation, create them one by one by type:

    # 普通作业
cyeam trello card create --list <list-id> --name "<作业名>(第N天)" --due <RFC3339> \
      --type normal --desc "<通用说明和具体要求>"

cyeam trello card create --list <list-id> --name "<作业名>(第N天)" --due <RFC3339> \
      --type word_memorization --task "bedroom,armchair,cushions" --desc "<通用说明>"

cyeam trello card create --list <list-id> --name "口算20题(第N天)" --due <RFC3339> \
      --type arithmetic --task '26 + 17 = ___

54 − 28 = ___' --desc 'Estimated time: 5'

Reading English: --task is the original link provided by the user

cyeam trello card create --list --name "<assignment name> (Day N)" --due
--type english_reading --task "/ai/translate?textbook=0&article=4" --desc "<general explanation>"
